We’ve known for several months that Drew Barrymore and Will Kopelman were planning on tying the knot, but not that it would happen this weekend!
Yes, the two love birds made it official Saturday with a super secret ceremony held at Barrymore’s home in Montecito, California. Some of their famous guests attending included Cameron Diaz, Jimmy Fallon and wife Nancy Juvonen, Jim Toth, and Busy Phillips. The couple, who are expecting their first child sometime this fall, married in a Jewish ceremony, officiated by a rabbi.
Barrymore, 37, wore a custom-made long, white Chanel gown that was created thanks to Karl Lagerfeld. The dress was said to have a black satin belt as well as a flower design along the skirt. She accessorized with Chanel jewelry as well.
Before the 45-minute ceremony, guests were treated to cocktail party in the house’s garden, which is also the place the couple decided to take their wedding pictures.
Of course, Drew is so rad that she chose an 80s tribute band for the reception. Love that! The festivities lasted well into the night and we’ve learned the bride and groom headed out of the house around 2 a.m. in a classic Mercedes that was decked out with streamers and roses. At this time it’s unknown where they’ll be spending their honeymoon, but they did spend their first night as husband and wife at the nearby San Ysidro Ranch.
Now this is a couple I just love. So happy for them!
Congrats to the newlyweds!
