Celine Dion has been singing to sold out shows at Las Vegas’ Caesars Palace for years now, and I’ve only heard amazing reviews.
She’s got an otherworldly voice and a stage presence that demands your attention (great legs don’t hurt too, waxed or not), and she keeps up with the times, musically. This weekend, after three months absent from her Caesars gig due to doctors’ orders to rest her voice after dealing with a throat virus, Dion made her comeback a special one. The diva took the stage and covered Adele’s “Rolling In The Deep” and left the audience in awe. Said a Las Vegas Sun source, “It was absolutely magical. The audience was on their feet dancing and singing the whole night, but especially during ‘Rolling in the Deep.’”
The source added, “There was such an excitement in the theater — in the air. You could tell she was excited to be back, and she looked and sounded better than ever. There was no particular celebration, just that everyone is happy to be back, and the cast and crew cheered her backstage.”
Aren’t those the best shows? There is no better feeling than being at a live concert, with the crowd giving off good, positive, and happy vibes. If the crowd ain’t into it, it can kill the mood. Just my experience.
