Usher Gets Restraining Order From Psycho Fan, Wannabe Wife

Another psychotic fan, another day.

Usher just received a temporary restraining order on a 26-year-old woman who reportedly visited the singer’s Atlanta home twice, and on that second visit, the crazy told police she was his wife.

According to E! News, documents that were filed in Fulton County Superior Court claim that Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw’s behavior left Usher “in reasonable fear for his own safety and/or the safety of his immediate family.”

Jones-Rakestraw says that the stalker talk is BS, and claims she knows the R&B star and met him last year. She’s also saying she has voicemails from him to prove it. In a video she posted of herself yesterday, she said, “I’m assuming that when he calls me he expects me to answer his call and it doesn’t matter how I get to him. That is the reason why I showed up at his property.”

Jones-Rakestraw showed up on the singer’s doorsteps on Saturday, just to be told to leave (and not come back) by cops. Determined, she came back Sunday and when asked again why she was there, she answered by saying she was Mrs. Usher Raymond and she’d just lost her keys. The police weren’t buying it so they detained her on suspicion of trespassing.

The alleged stalker continued in her video, “I would like to make aware for my own purposes that for the last year, at least since February 2011, me and Mr. Raymond have been exchanging finances through Western Union and Bank of America. I am not a stalker. I have been an advocate for Mr. Raymond and his family. He has been complaining constantly to me about his ankle pain, his headaches and his situation with obtaining custody of his children.”

In the video she also claims that Usher told her he’d help her find a place to live, and that he’d been giving her money to move. She admits she’s “in love with Mr. Raymond” but says she doesn’t “appreciate the fact that he has tried to charge me with stalking,” because it has “defamed her character” and she is “deeply disgruntled and hurt.”

Yowzers! This lady obviously needs mental help. Hopefully she’ll get some. She needs to be treated, not just go to jail. You can see the video below (thanks to The Hollywood Gossip).
