Claire Danes, Hugh Dancy Expecting Baby #1!

Is it just me or does it seem like Hollywood has some serious baby fever?

It seems like every day a different celebrity announces they’re expecting, and on America’s birthday, it was actress Claire Danes and her actor husband Hugh Dancy.

The couple, who have been together for five years and married for three, are expecting their first child, their rep confirmed to People. When asked last fall if her and Dancy, 37, were looking to have a baby sometime in the near future, Danes, 33, answered, “There’s definitely a chance” but said there were “no plans yet.” She also commented that having a baby would “be fun”.

It’s been a good year for Danes. In January she won a Golden Globe for her work in the TV drama Homeland, and now a little one is on the way!
