Sofia Vergara Engaged To Nick Loeb On Her 40th Birthday

Sofia Vergara’s 40th birthday will be one she never forgets. Not only did she hit the huge milestone of turning the big 4-0, but the actress got engaged too!

Vergara, who turned 40 Monday, July 10th, has been celebrating her birthday at a resort in Mexico with 90 of her closest friends and family members, including her new fiancé Nick Loeb.

The couple met back in 2010 at a Golden Globes party, and prior to their engagement, had been dating on-and-off. From what we hear, they’ve had a fairly tumultuous relationship.

The Modern Family star was married once before to Joe Gonzalez, and they have a 20-year-old son together.

I hope for Vergara’s sake, this is the real deal and that those nasty rumors floating around about Loeb are the furthest thing from the truth, because if not, they’re in for a bumpy ride.
