‘Jersey Shore’ Crazy Couple Sammi And Ronnie Move In Together

Disclaimer: I’m not a seasoned Jersey Shore fan, or a “fan” of it really at all, but a season or two ago, after a lazy Sunday of watching a marathon of the sleazy show, I sort of got into it…don’t judge. Honestly, the drunk fights are what lured me in, with a majority of them being between Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro. These two were a dramatic mess of a couple, with lies, deceit, jealousy, anger and violence, and way too much to drink.

Well, after taking a brief break from each other this past season, the on-again-off-again psycho couple is back on…and moving in together!

Hollywood Life is reporting the couple just purchased a place in New York that they won’t be sharing with their famous Jersey buddies. Ronnie told the website, “We actually went to look at apartments this weekend, and found something, [so] we are moving to New York [City].”

He goes on to explain his and Sammi’s most recent breakup saying, “It was more that we both took a break after Italy and Jersey. And we’ve both grown up as people. We both had to find ourselves. We got to the point where if you can’t make someone else happy, you can’t be happy. We are very happy with ourselves and each other.”

Sammi defends the relationship by saying viewers of the reality series only got to see a fragment of their lives. “It’s only an hour a week. There’s a whole bunch more to the story. By being in a relationship, you go through a lot of ups and downs. At the time, it was a rough spot for me. But me and Ron, nobody got to see that we had a real connection. There was a lot [of reasons] for me to stay with him.”

Well whatever, young and dumb I guess. Sure I think people can make things right within a relationship. Nobody’s perfect, but these two…I don’t see it lasting. They’re just too volatile.
