Crazytown Singer Shifty Shellshock Hit With Restraining Order

This has been a rough year for Seth Binzer (aka Shifty Shellshock of Crazy Town fame), and it doesn’t look like it’s getting any better for him.

In February, Binzer got in trouble for not only “roughing up” his girlfriend outside of a Ross Dress For Less, but also for the rock cocaine police found on him that night. Then in April, we thought we might have lost the singer for good, as it was reported he fell into a coma (most likely drug-related). After a few days non-responsive, Binzer got another chance at life and here he is today.

TMZ is reporting the musician has been ordered to keep away from his ex-girlfriend Jasmine Lennard (the one with whom he had a fight with back in April). After Binzer pled no contest to the battery and drug possession charges that were filed for the April incident, the court has ordered him to stay away from Lennard for 3 years. He has also been ordered to attend 52 weeks of domestic violence counseling.

By the way, I had to refresh myself with Binzer’s personal life, so I hit up Wiki. Binzer was married to Melissa Clark from 2002-2011 and they have a son named Halo. He then met Lennard, and although the two aren’t married, they too have a son together, named Phoenix.

If you recall, Binzer appeared on seasons 1 and 2 of Dr. Drew’s show Celebrity Rehab, but if anything, the show only put a halt to his destructive behavior for a brief amount of time. He really needs to deal with this and for good, because if he doesn’t, he’ll end up dying from his addictions. Luckily, he hasn’t yet.
