Amanda Bynes: Another Hit And Run Accusation

It’s only been four months, but 26-year-old Amanda Bynes has already experienced a DUI charge, along with several reports of hit and runs, with her at the wheel.

Regarding reckless hit and runs with Bynes, could we be on number four and counting? Just a guess, but I hope it’s an educated one. Ms. Bynes has been accused of causing yet another vehicular accident and running from the scene.

According to reports, a woman from L.A. filed a police report this weekend saying that the actress hit her car and then fled, without giving her the appropriate insurance information.

Kisa (last name kept a secret) told TMZ that while she was driving her Toyota Corolla down Ventura Blvd. in L.A., she was hit by Bynes in her BMW, although she says she didn’t recognize the (once) actress when it all happened. Kisa admits the woman she got into an accident with “looked like a hot mess”, and she finally realized whom it was that she collided with.

This Kisa lady says she attempted to get Bynes’ insurance info, but reveals the actress seemed “nervous about that”, and says Bynes told her the damage to her Corolla didn’t seem that bad. Apparently Bynes even tried proving herself by pushing her bumper back into place.

I’m pretty sure you can guess what Lohan 2.0 did at this point. After admitting that she didn’t “think” the two needed to exchange information, Bynes hopped in her car and drove the eff off, because, why the hell not?!

At this point Kisa was fed up, called the police, and reported a hit and run report. She says an officer responded by saying, “Didn’t she just get a DUI?”

Yes officer, she’s has gotten a DUI…and way too many chances. Let’s take the keys away from the girl before she kills somebody. Can I get an ‘Amen’?
