Nik Richie Calls Courtney Stodden’s Hubby ‘Child Molester’

VH1′s Couple’s Therapy is currently filming and already we are hearing about drama within the cast.

TheDirty.com’s Nik Richie, wife Shayne Lamas, Hollywood child bride Courtney Stodden and Green Mile actor Doug Hutchison all star on the upcoming reality show and we hear Nik called out Doug for marrying a 16-year-old. Sources from the set say that Nik called Doug a “child molester” and then refused to talk with him afterwards. Doug was said to have been extremely offended and shocked at Nik’s comment, but you’d think he’s heard it many times before. Nik also refused to shake hands with Doug in one of the first scenes shot for the show.

Funny how Nik suddenly has morals. He makes his living capping on women, so I’m curious why he is “Mr. Women’s Rights” all of a sudden. On the other hand, you can’t argue with him. The whole thing is weird, with Courtney’s parents signing her off to be married like they were signing a permission slip for her to attend a school field trip.

I don’t know about calling Doug Hutchinson a child molester per se, but I do think it’s a little effed up that a 51-year-old man wants to have sex with a 16-year-old girl (at the time they were married). Who cares if he married her. That just means he wants to do it on the reg. Okay, sure, true love knows no age and blah, blah blah…but it’s just weird. That being said, I can’t wait to see this train wreck trash show.
