Taliban Wants to Kill Prince Harry

It’s no secret that Prince Harry is in Afghanistan for four months fighting the Taliban insurgents on the front lines, but maybe it should be.

A spokesperson for the Taliban, Zabihullah Mujahid, has stated that they are making it a priority to either kidnap or kill Prince Harry while he is there. (Zabihullah often acts as a conduit between the media and the radical terrorist group.) He told Reuters:

“We are using all our strength to get rid of him, either by killing or kidnapping. We have informed our commanders in Helmand to do whatever they can to eliminate him.”

NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen doesn’t seem to be too concerned by the threats and says every soldier is protected to their best abilities. “We do everything we can to protect all our troops deployed to Afghanistan whatever might be their personal background.”

Harry, an Apache helicopter pilot in the British Army, just began a four-month tour of duty in Afghanistan. No wonder he partied his ass off (or his clothes off) in Vegas a few weeks back. Dude needed to chillax before putting his life in jeopardy.

Harry is such a little stud. I think it’s amazing he is in the military when, as a Royal, he clearly would never have to work a day in his life if he chose not to. He reminds me of his beautiful, caring mother. So genuine, and so grounded.
