Amanda Bynes Is In A Downward Spiral, Probably Won’t Go To Rehab

I never would have thought I’d say this, but Amanda Bynes is starting to make Lindsay Lohan look like she’s got her shiz together. Well, maybe that’s an exaggeration, so let’s just say they’re both messes, and really both are a danger to society.

After getting charged with a DUI in April, the 26-year-old has had several run-ins with the law, usually involving her car. She’s been involved in so many hit-and-run incidents in the last several months, it’s hard to keep track.

Just a few days ago we heard the actress was pulled over for driving with her lights off at night, and oh yeah, on a suspended license! Thursday pictures surfaced of Bynes sitting in a car and smoking either weed or crack out of some sort of pipe.

Well, some of her friends are worried and have expressed their concerns for her to Radar. Apparently Bynes doesn’t have rehab on her mind right now.

One friend says, “Amanda is refusing to go to rehab or seek any form of psychiatric treatment or diagnosis, because it’s clear something is up with her.”

“She has been told by her agent and her dad Rick that she has substance abuse issues and needs to get help. She’s a lost little girl right now.”

The source continues, “Amanda’s completely gone off the grid. She won’t speak with her manager, her agent, her publicist; she’s not returning anybody’s phone calls. She’s obviously crying out for help, but isn’t ready to receive it. She seems to be having some serious mental health issues and she’s always out of it. She really doesn’t seem to be in touch with reality.”

Maybe Bynes should reconsider her priorities. Retiring two years ago at the age of 24 probably wasn’t the smartest life decision she’s made, because “retirement” to her just means going out, partying and getting in trouble with the law all of the time. But before anything, rehab might do her some good. Get the help you need girl.

Update: Oh my, TMZ is reporting hours after getting caught lighting up in her car, Bynes actually got into ANOTHER fender bender. Thursday night, around 10:30 p.m., she tapped someone’s back bumper in a parking lot in L.A. Apparently no damage was done and both parties did not even exchange information. Somebody get this girl OFF the road!!!
