Justin Bieber Vomits Mid-Concert, Keeps On Singing

Justin Bieber Vomits Onstage

I’ve heard stories of singers vomiting onstage due to nerves or singing too hard, but because they drank milk? Nope, never heard that one until now.

Justin Bieber gave concertgoers a special treat Saturday night when he accidentally vomited on stage mid-song.

The 18-year-old was performing in Glendale, Arizona for his “Believe” tour, and during the song “Out Of Town Girl”, the Biebs broke into the Technicolor Yawn.

Poor guy ran off the stage, but quickly returned telling the crowd, “I’m sorry, I’m going to slow things down.” He then began an acoustic version of his song “Fall”.

According to E!, Bieber had to run off one more time during the concert for a few minutes, before returning to say to the audience, “It’s hard for me, you know, not feeling great and throwing up in front of a bunch of people.”

He then asked, “Will you love me even though I’m throwing up on stage? OK, I wanted to give you my best show ever, so do you mind if I finish it?”

The trooper delivered as promised and even dedicated his song “One Less Lonely Girl” to fan Avalanna Routh, the precious little girl who sadly passed away from cancer Wednesday.

After the show, Bieber tweeted, “Great show. Getting better for tomorrow’s show!!!! Love u,” along with a photo of him lying down. He then added, “And …. Milk was a bad choice! Lol. Goodnight Avalanna. Tonight was for u. I love u.”

Lay off the “milk” Bieber!
