Lindsay Lohan Assaulted In New York Hotel Room

I think it’s pretty fair to say that Lindsay Lohan is a magnet for drama, and unfortunately this weekend, that drama turned into violence.

The 26-year-old went to a New York City nightclub called 10ak Saturday night where she met a guy named Christian LaBella. Taking a liking to the 25-year-old dude, Lohan invited him back to her room in the W Hotel to party with her pals.

Things started to go south when Lohan suspected LaBella had been taking pictures of her on his cell phone. She reportedly confronted LaBella and snatched his phone away.

According to Lohan (and what she told the police), this is when LaBella threw her on the bed in an attempt to get his phone back, causing scratches. Lohan also claims he punched her.

The Liz & Dick star says she ran out of the hotel room but then for some reason, decided to go back. At this point she says she was again attacked by LaBella and was choked.

Apparently one of Lohan’s friends tried helping the actress by pulling LaBella off of her, and this is when Lohan jumped up and pulled the hotel’s fire alarm.

LaBella, who reportedly is a congressional staffer who works for Republican Rep. John Shimkus of Illinois, tried to run out of the hotel when police caught up to him and arrested him.

Initially, LaBella was charged with two counts of misdemeanor assault and two counts of harassment, but TMZ is now saying that those charges have been dropped.

Makes you wonder what those pictures were of, doesn’t it?
