Deadmau5 Calls Madonna Fans ‘Idiots’, Twitter War Resumes

For seeming like such a mellow person, Kat Von D has found herself one outspoken guy that appears to like to start beef with people, especially fellow celebrities. Luckily for us, we reap the entertainment.

Just a quick recap of the year for Deadmau5 celebrity bashing:

Back in March, the DJ tore into Madonna for asking a music festival crowd, “Have you seen Molly?” Molly being a drug reference to MDMA (which is not coincidentally similar to her current album’s name MDNA) or ecstasy. Deadmau5 waged a Twitter war with the Material Girl, calling her a “f**king idiot” and accused her of glorifying the drug.

In June, the progressive house music master rightfully made fun of Paris Hilton’s sad attempt at Dj’ing (thumbs up on that one).

Then in July, Deadmau5 put a Playmate named Tricia Evans in her place for the insensitive and unfunny tweet she made about the Colorado massacre.

This time around, Kat Von D’s significant other (for the moment) has added a ‘part 2’ to his feud with Madge. Speaking with Spinner about his fight with the Queen of Pop, Deadmau5 gave off this little verbal masterpiece: “I should have been more relentless, but I thought I looked like I was after attention, and then it became an exercise in futility dealing with her fans. There’s no such thing as winning against 10 million idiots. You’re farting against thunder on that one.”
