Intruder Arrested For Breaking Into Frances Bean Cobain’s House

Frances Bean Cobain's House Broken Into, Intruder Arrested

Burglaries involving celebrity homes seem to be running rampant lately, don’t they?

Recently we heard Bam Margera’s story about the horny stalker lady that broke into his house and possibly gave him herpes, then there were stories about Miley Cyrus’s house being broke into, and really the list goes on and on. It seems like nobody is safe these days, even ultra-rich celebs that have access to the finest security systems.

Well apparently Frances Bean Cobain, the 20-year-old daughter to Courtney Love and the late Kurt Cobain, is the most recent celebrity to have her home invaded by a completely creepy stranger.

According to reports, an intruder (white male in his 20s) was arrested at Cobain’s home on suspicion of burglary Sunday morning. Luckily, she wasn’t there during the break-in.

E! says that a family member discovered the unknown man before calling police, while TMZ is saying the dude was found by a house sitter. I guess it could be both, but both sources are saying that the guy tried to play innocent by saying he was FBC’s buddy, and that she gave him permission to stay there. Not buying it, the family member, or house sitter, called police and the man was arrested. Cobain herself admitted she had no idea who the guy was.

Glad the man was caught and it’s nice to hear nobody was hurt.

UPDATE: The man who broke into the Bean’s house (Marc James Franco) on October 13 has been charged with first degree burglary. According to TMZ, the 22-year-old was homeless, though now he’s in jail. He could face up to six years in prison if convicted.
