Elvis Presley’s Beverly Hills Home Up For Sale

The Beverly Hills home Elvis and Priscilla Presley once lived in is currently up for sale for $12.9 million.

According to real estate website Trulia (via NY Daily News), the four bedroom, five bath French Regency estate sitting over 1.18 acres of land hit the market just last week.

History has it that Elvis had rented out the house before he and Priscilla purchased it in 1967. They later sold it the same year they divorced in 1973. Before now, the house was leasing for $25,000 a month.

In other Presley news, The King’s daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, has come out with a new music video called “I Love You Because” and it’s a duet with her late dad Elvis.

The video was recorded in August to mark the 35th anniversary of Elvis’ death and will premier on Thursday (Oct. 18) on the TV channel CMT and CMT.com.
