Conan O’Brien Gives Twitter A Glimpse From ‘Arrested Development’ Set

Conan O'Brien Tweets Picture On 'Arrested Development' Set

It’s been a long year for Arrested Development fans who have been eagerly awaiting the return of their cherished cult-classic sitcom to television but patience has its rewards because that time is almost here!

Conan O’Brien, who will guest star on the show’s fourth season, tweeted a pic (below) Monday while on set with Jason Bateman (who plays the awesome character Michael Bluth) and his sidekick funnyman Andy Richter. His caption read: “Here’s the first official photo from the new Arrested Development on Netflix. Spoiler alert: I’m an amazing actor.”

The sitcom, which first aired on Fox in 2003, lasted a short three seasons (from 2003-2006) with a total of 53 episodes. This new season, which is supposed to lead into a feature film of the same name, is reportedly going to contain 10 episodes and will air on Netflix.

The series’ creator Mitch Hurwitz previously told the press about the show, ”It’s an unusual style of show. It’s all just going to build this peril in their life until they all come together, really, in the first scene of the movie.”

Also expected come back to reprise their original roles on the show is Henry Winkler, Liza Minnelli, Scott Baio, and Isla Fisher among others.

I don’t have Netflix yet, but I may need to get it for this. I loved this show to death. Actually, it’s something I wouldn’t mind owning, so on the Christmas list it goes!
