Kristen Bell, Dax Shepard Expecting A Baby!

Kristen Bell and her fiancé Dax Shepard confirmed Monday that they’re expecting their first child together.

The funny couple, who began dating in 2007 and became engaged in 2009 over the holidays, are said to be both “so excited” and “ecstatic” about the news and “can’t wait to become parents”.

Friends of the actors told People, “Kristen had a little bit of morning sickness early on but she just started shooting the second season of ‘House of Lies’ and is feeling great now.”

Though Bell, 32, and Shepard, 37, did reveal that the baby is due in late spring, they did not reveal if it’s going to be a boy or a girl.

This bit of knowledge isn’t going to get them to rush down the altar any sooner though apparently as they’ve stated that they don’t plan on marrying each other until same-sex couples have the privilege to do so in California.

During an interview with The View ladies in July, Shepard said, “We wouldn’t want to invite all of our friends who don’t have that right to celebrate us, who have that right. We just don’t feel right about that.”

Well, hopefully they don’t have to wait too long to marry. Get it together Cali!
