Lindsay Lohan Will Be Charged With Lying to Cops

You probably remember Lindsay Lohan‘s car accident in June when she rear ended a semi truck on the freeway then promptly climbed out of the driver’s seat and into the passenger seat, hoping to escape detection – but that wasn’t the case.

Multiple witnesses at the scene say they saw Lindsay driving but she told cops otherwise. It looks like that lie is going to cost her as she is expected to be charged with lying to police officers about the accident.

Of course Lindsay is on probation for stealing jewelry right now, so Judge Stephanie Sautner might go after her for probation violation. Judge Sautner has threatened Lindsay in the past, saying if she didn’t keep her nose clean she would throw the book at her. As you know that has yet to happen, but this time it might be the straw that broke the camel’s back. Maybe. Nothing has stuck to ‘Teflon Lohan” before, not sure why it should now.
