Soundgarden Returns to Seattle!

Soundgarden have announced their Winter 2013 King Animal Tour Dates and thank gawd the band is returning to its hometown of Seattle! Yes, I am freaking out.

I have been OBSESSED with Chris Cornell for more than 20 years and every time I attend one of Soundgarden’s shows I am left in total and complete awe at what a phenomenal band they are. When you see Soundgarden live it’s something that definitely leaves an impression on you – for DAYS afterward. Of course the band is not just only Chris Cornell, but the amazing Kim Thayil, the raw Ben Shepard and of course, the drummer from hell, Matt Cameron.

If you have never seen Soundgarden in action before, you have NO IDEA what you are missing out on. Last time I caught them them July 201 at Washington State’s The Gorge. Probably THE BEST show I have ever been to. (Check out my review of the show here.)
