Madonna’s NYC Duplex Is Selling For $23.5M

Madonna is selling her giant Upper West Side NYC duplex for $23.5 million dollars.

According to reports, the 6,000-square-foot home consists of six bedrooms and eight “sumptuous” bathrooms and sits on two floors. The residence has Juliet balconies, five wood-burning fireplaces, a humidifier system, a top-of-the-line sound system, a Chef’s eat-in kitchen with a detached dining room, and awesome views of Central Park.

Madge apparently bought the property in the early ‘90s and during the years has racked up numerous neighbor complaints. Her most recent one actually turned into a lawsuit, where someone claimed the 54-year-old singer violated building rules by blaring her music too loud. It has since been settled.

Madonna also owns a house on Manhattan’s East Side that she reportedly spends most of her time at when in New York. That one only cost her a measly $32 million. But clearly that’s not enough real estate, so she has been renting out a house in the Hamptons. I think I read somewhere that she has around seven or eight homes around the world. That’s unfathomable!
