Gabriel Aubry Attacks Olivier Martinez, Halle Berry Seeks Restraining Order

Halle Berry’s ex Gabriel Aubry did the dumbest possible thing he could have done over the holiday for his ongoing, ugly custody battle with the movie star… he got in a fight with her fiancé Olivier Martinez that landed both in the ER. After his hospital trip, Aubry was arrested and slapped with a temporary restraining order (where he has been ordered to stay away from Berry, Martinez, and his daughter Nahla) that Berry is now attempting to make permanent.

Backing up…it all went down on Thanksgiving Day when Aubry showed up to Berry’s house to drop off their daughter. While still in the driveway, Martinez allegedly walked up to Aubry and said, “We have to move on”, and that’s when the craziness went down. At that point Aubry shoved Martinez and threw a punch. Apparently Martinez blocked it and Aubry hit his shoulder. Aubry then pulled Martinez to the ground and this is when Martinez clocked him in the face before pinning him to the ground.

All in all, Aubry suffered multiple bruises to his face and a broken rib, while Martinez may have broken his hand as well as sustaining neck injuries.

According to reports, Berry was witness to the fight alongside Nahla, though she quickly whisked the child away. Right away, a judge issued an emergency and temporary restraining order forcing Aubry to stay 100 yards away from his daughter, Berry, and Martinez. Apparently, the protective order expires Tuesday, and now Berry wants to make it indefinite because according to those close to her, she believes Aubry is a danger to their daughter.

This is such a sad situation for Nahla. I have a feeling Berry is a crazy whack job and it’s a bummer that Aubry can’t control his anger because honestly, other than that, I think he’s a good dad.
