Omg, were you not shocked at Jessica Simpson‘s recent weight loss? Jessica lost a whopping 60-pounds in just four months by sticking to a Weight Watchers’ point-based diet which included a lot of smoothies, fruits, veggies, fiber and protein.
The diet plans for both Jessica and her husband Eric Johnson were designed by a former chef of Jessica’s, and obviously they worked like a charm. Jessica looks amazing. The smoothie diet plan had Jessica start with 3 smoothies a day, eventually weening herself down to one a day, plus snacks and a small meal. Here is essentially what it looked like:
Day 1-5: 3 smoothies a day, 2 C. snacks
Day 6-10: 2 smoothies a day, 2 C. snacks, 1 small meal
Day 11-15: 1 smoothie a day, 2 C. snack, 2 small meals
