Gabriel Aubry Awarded Restraining Order Against Olivier Martinez!

Just yesterday we heard that Halle Berry was seeking a permanent restraining order against her ex and baby daddy Gabriel Aubry for allegedly instigating a fight with her fiancé Olivier Martinez, but the tables have turned and Aubry has gotten one against Martinez!

Just in case you forgot the insanity, Aubry and Martinez got into a violent battle on Thanksgiving Day at Halle Berry’s house, which landed both in the ER. Aubry was later arrested for the incident.

Most versions of the story we’ve heard portray Aubry as the instigator and aggressor within the drama, but Aubry filed his own report Monday claiming that Martinez not only started the fight with him, but he also threatened to take his life.

According to Gossip Cop, Aubry says that things started to go awry on Wednesday when he and Martinez were on his daughter Nahla’s school grounds. Here he says Martinez whispered in his ear (in French): “I wish I could beat the s**t out of you right now. You’re lucky we’re in a school right now. We’re going to take Nahla right now and you’re not going to follow us.”

Aubry apparently had custody of his daughter that night because he says on Thursday (Thanksgiving Day), he went to Berry’s house to drop her off when he was met by Martinez rather than the nanny. Here, he says the actor said to him, “We need to talk” before attacking him. Aubry says throughout his beating, Martinez was screaming about the ongoing custody battle he and Berry have been fighting for against Aubry, and said that it cost them $3 million. Aubry says that’s when the actor told him that he better not follow them to France or else he’d be killed. Aubry also claims that his nemesis said, “You’re going to tell them that you’re the one who attacked me, or I’m going to kill you.”

Wow, different stories for sure. I’m starting to think all three of these beautiful people have a bad case of the crazies; it’s just a matter of who has it more? Hopefully little Nahla won’t end up being brought up by that person. Or better yet, maybe a family member will step in to take her out of this nutty situation.
