Lindsay Lohan’s Probation Revoked, Faces Big Jail Time

So Lindsay Lohan’s probation was revoked Wednesday morning (surprise, surprise) and the troubled actress could be looking at more jail time.

Lohan of course didn’t show up to court but instead had her lawyer Shawn Holley there to fend for her. Apparently Lilo had more important things to do like play ‘groupie’ to her new favorite band The Wanted. It’s rumored that she and one of the boy band’s members, Max George are bumping uglies. So what does she do knowing (or not knowing, or just not caring) how serious this was? She hops on a plane to London and then Dubai to tour with the band. Genius this girl.

This recent legal trouble stems from that accident Lohan had in June where she lied to the police about being in the driver’s seat, and according to TMZ it’s getting worse by the hour.

Not only is Lohan being prosecuted for lying to the police, but now she’s also being prosecuted for violating her probation for that jewelry left fiasco she got herself caught up in early last year. The only issue is both agencies prosecuting her are conflicted on whether or not she should be sent to jail.

Chief Deputy Santa Monica City Attorney Terry White reportedly would be fine seeing Lohan serve community service, but Commissioner Jane Godfrey will supposedly ask that she serve at least 200 days in the clinker.

Well this seems like a no-brainer to me. Although the future is looking bleak either way, there’s just no sense in giving her just community service. She’s been there, and done that and it hasn’t done any good for her. The jail time might give her some time to really disconnect with this lifestyle she’s living, but sadly I don’t think there’s any saving this girl.
