Brooke Mueller Out of Rehab, Has Kids Back

Trainwreck and professional rehabber Brooke Mueller is out of rehab for the 19th time after a brisk 6-day stay and already she in back in custody of her children, twin sons, Bob and Max, 3.

During her short stint in rehab, Brooke claims sto have sobered up and is ready to tackle the world, sober. While in rehab she had Charlie Sheen’s other ex-wife Denise Richards care for her boys. (Denise has two daughter’s with Charlie as well.) Apparently that didn’t last long though, Denise asked permission to bring the boys to Charlie’s Christmas party and Brooke freaked out. She sent her mom to pick up the boys shortly after.

TMZ reports that Brooke, 35, is currently undergoing psychological outpatient treatment.  Does anyone else find it shocking that Brooke is already back in custody of her two boys? Do you think she has the capability of staying sober? Methinks “no.”
