Sons Of Anarchy Cast Smoke Weed With Snoop Dogg (I Mean, Snoop Lion)

The cast of my favorite show on television, Sons of Anarchy, sat down with rapper Snoop Dogg, err, Rastafarian Snoop Lion, for his web TV show “GGN,” and basically babbled about a whole lot of nothing after smoking what I presume was a pound of weed.

The topics range from Sons of Anarchy, to moms, to pitbulls, to video games. Toward the end of the video Snoop smokes more weed (from a bong this time) as Charlie Hunnam lights it up for him. The whole thing is completely surreal, like Alice in Wonderland, with bad jokes scrolling across bottom of the screen, Snoop puffin’ on a blunt, the “Thunderclaps” Weather report from an idiot booty girl, it’s all pretty ridiculous . . . but I am obsessed! Although we don’t actually see the SOA actors smoke weed on camera, I’m sure they indulged a little off-camera. Charlie looked ripped.

Snoop Lion, formerly known as Snoop Dogg, finally smoked so much weed he turned into Bob Marley. After experiencing an enlightening moment at a Rastafarian temple in Jamaica he changed his name to Snoop Lion and claimed to be Bob Marley reincarnated. Yes, there apparently IS such a thing as overdosing on weed.

“I want to bury Snoop Dogg, and become Snoop Lion. I didn’t know that until I went to the temple, where the High Priest asked me what my name was, and I said, ‘Snoop Dogg.’ And he looked me in my eyes and said, ‘No more. You are the light; you are the lion.’ From that moment on, it’s like I had started to understand why I was there.”
