Ochocinco Sues WorldStarHipHop and MediaTakeout

Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson is suing the websites WorldStarHipHop and MediaTakeout after the two sites published video and photos of his leaked sex tape.

The video/ photos in question show Ochocinco having sex with a big booty, tattooed stripper on a bed with other people in the room. (YouTube it.) No one seems to know when the sex tape was shot, whether it was before, during or after his marriage to estranged wife Evelyn Lozada, but I’m sure it hasn’t helped the couple’s relationship any.

Ochocinco’s lawyers show Cease & Desist letters to the websites and both WSHH and MTO removed the sex tape from their sites but according to his legal team, the sex tape damaged his reputation (further) and they plan on getting monetary compensation for the invasion of privacy. Whether or not they will follow through with the lawsuit, we’ll just have to wait and see.
