Paparazzo Killed After Taking Photos of Justin Bieber’s Car

A paparazzo was hit and killed by a vehicle after he snapped photos of Justin Bieber‘s Ferrari being pulled over by the California Highway Patrol.

On January 1, 2013, the photographer, whose name has not been released, pulled over to snap pics of Bieber’s car that was stopped during a traffic violation on Sepulveda Boulevard. He took his photos and attempted to return to his vehicle which was on the other side of the road, when he was struck and killed by a passing vehicle

After all that, Justin Bieber was not even in the vehicle.

The driver of the vehicle that hit the paparazzo has been questioned and was not arrested.

UPDATE:

The paparazzo’s name was Chris Guerra and he had been folllowing Justin Bieber all day. He had allegedly spotted Justin Bieber smoking marijuana out of a pipe while driving his Ferrari earlier and was looking to capture it on film. Before his death Guerra made a phone call to someone at the photo agency he worked for, explaining what he had witnessed, and the hot story he was onto.

Justin’s publicist has not commented on the marijuana allegations, but instead had this to say after Guerra’s tragic death: ”It’s really sad that people are trying to push a story without the facts so soon after this tragic accident. Justin was not present or involved in this incident and the focus should remain on honoring the memory of the victim.”
