Ronald, Nancy Reagan’s Former Home On Market For $5M

Ronald, Nancy Reagan Former Home On Market For $5M

I just can’t pass up an opportunity to blog about an impressive celebrity home, especially when it’s a mid-century modern home. That’s my favorite style of all-time.

Former President of the United States, Ronald Reagan (who passed in 2004), and former First Lady, Nancy Reagan, were the proud owners of the Pacific Palisades mid-century home that just hit the market with a $4.99 million dollar price tag.

Built in 1956, the four-bedroom, four-bath Los Angeles house boasts 4,764 square feet and sits on almost two-thirds of an acre on top of a cliff, where it looks over the Pacific Ocean. The gorgeous estate is considered ‘open and airy’, with high ceilings, extra large windows and doors, a beautiful pool and patio area, and a long, gated driveway.

The Reagans lived at this house before moving into the White House in 1981, when Ronald Reagan took office. The couple sold it in 1982.

Of course I love it, and I’ll take two.

Check out some of the photos of the home for yourself down below.

Wow, what a gorgeous home! I love when an old home is kept alive with a little TLC like this one. It’s so nice and open and airy. Feels refreshing. And the great thing is, since you are on two thirds of an acre, you don’t have to worry about neighbors creeping on you with all those windows! haha. And can we talk about that stunning pool with a gorgeous view. Amazing! If it wasn’t $4.99 million, I might consider buying it myself :)
