Justin Bieber Smoking Pot: Promises To ‘Try Better’

Justin Bieber has gotten a lot of flak ever since a photo of him clearly holding a blunt and smoking pot went public, and now the 18-year-old pop tart is pledging to his fans that he’s going to try to “be better” and by that I’m sure he means he’s going to try harder not to get caught.

The singer did the respectable thing and took to his Twitter Saturday to announce his promise saying, “Everyday growing and learning, trying to be better. U get knocked down, u get up.”

TMZ says the photo of Bieber holding the marijuana cig was taken while he was at a party in a Newport Beach, CA hotel room. Apparently it was taken just a day after a paparazzo was killed while attempting to snap a pic of Bieber smoking pot.

I guess “trying to be better” is better than not trying at all, but I think maybe Justin should “try better” to not make the Zoolander face every damn time he poses for a photo. Now that’s something we’d appreciate.
