Charlie Sheen Tells Us Why He Gave Lindsay Lohan $100K

Yet another story proving that Lindsay Lohan is NOT AN ESCORT along with more proof that Charlie Sheen may just have an angelic side to him.

Finally we have been given the answer as to why on Earth Sheen would give $100,000 of his own money to his Scary Movie 5 co-star Lindsay Lohan, and this is from his own mouth.

The 47-year-old Anger Management star told The Daily Beast that producers first offered him $500,000 to play himself in a small part in the film but then decided to hire Lohan, 26. Once that happened, producers told him his salary would be cut in half so that they could pay her for her part. Sheen says that he asked Lohan what she was earning (actors ask each other this?!) and she told him she was making $100,000. Apparently Sheen didn’t even question if she was lying and being a nice guy thought the producers were screwing Lohan (not in that way), so he decided to pay her out of his own pocket and from the goodness of his heart.

Says Sheen, “So I just gave her $100,000 of their money,” adding, “Paying it forward.”

The troubled actress, who reportedly owes the IRS somewhere around $234,000 for back taxes since 2009, didn’t even thank Sheen until he publicly called her out on it in December…three months after he cut her the check. Apparently it’s then that she sent flowers to his home in L.A.

Not only was Lohan not so appreciative to Sheen at first for the mega gift he’d given her, but she allegedly was also not so nice to him on-set, which omg! points out, was even after movie producers sent her a private jet because she’d missed her own flight.

Remembers Sheen, “I felt bad for her. I was with some of her team the night before making sure she got on this plane, and all I wanted to do was rehearse the scene with her one-on-one because I have a lot of experience in this genre. But I couldn’t get her to rehearse it, so we only met in the makeup trailer about five minutes before shooting. She was shy and vulnerable, but her instincts are dead on.”

Sure, both Sheen and Lohan are seen as the bad ‘kids’ of Hollywood, though they’re decades in age apart, but according to Sheen, his co-star had zero inquiries for him on how she might go about patching up her image.

He reveals, “I was hoping that she would pick my brain a little bit on the set. That’s the one thing that was really missing from the experience.”

That’s nice of Sheen to want to give Lohan advice, but that’s a pot/kettle situation there. Has Sheen really been able to clean up his image? No, not really, but hopefully he keeps up his streak of good deeds we’ve seen him do lately.
