The Top 10 Worst Celebrity Mugshots Of The Past Thirteen Years

We’ve already seen some of the best celebrity mugshots of the past decade, and now it’s time to see some of the worst. We’ll go with the past thirteen years (1999-2012) for consistency and good luck. So here they are (in order from not too bad to downright fugly!):

Nicholas Cage – 2011 – The 49-year-old actor was arrested in New Orleans in April 2011, for suspicion of domestic abuse, disturbing the peace, and public intoxication. Police were flagged down by witnesses that alleged that Cage grabbed his wife’s arm while looking drunk. The charges were eventually dropped, lucky for him.

Bai Ling – 2008 – Chinese actress Bai Ling was arrested in 2008 for shoplifting celebrity magazines and batteries. The 46-year-old actress, who has struggled with substance abuse in the past, appeared on Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew in 2011. Hopefully she’s been able to stay clean.

Heather Locklear – 2008 – The now 51-year-old actress was arrested in Santa Barbara in September 2008 on suspicion of driving under the influence after she was seen driving erratically. Police also suspected Locklear was on prescription meds of some kind.

In November 2008, the Locklear was formally charged with one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence, though no alcohol or illegal narcotics were detected in her blood. Police believed the actress’ prescription medication impaired her ability to drive. When the actress pleaded no contest to reckless driving in January 2009, the district attorney, in return, dropped the DUI charges, along with three years of informal probation and a $700 fine. She was also ordered to take a DMV driver’s safety class.

Heather Locklear is such a gorgeous woman naturally, and really, this mugshot isn’t the worst, but compared to how she normally looks, it speaks volumes. The look in her eyes here just makes me feel for her. Hope she’s doing much better these days.

Wynonna Judd – 2003 – The now 48-year-old country singer was arrested in November 2003 for driving under the influence. When police pulled her over for a traffic stop, they smelled some serious booze on the singer, who eventually blew a .175 on a Breathalyzer. That’s twice the Tennessee limit. (Thanks to Mike (@vinny1141) for reminding me about this one!)

Mike Tyson – 2006 – Mike Tyson was arrested in December 2006 in Arizona on suspicion of DUI and felony drug possession when he almost crashed into a police SUV after leaving a nightclub. He was convicted in 2007 and sentenced to a day in jail along with 360 hours community service and three years probation. Anyway, in this mugshot, what the hell is he doing with his tongue??

Moving on…It’s no secret that Tyson has had many legal and drug abuse issues, but in the last few years things have been looking up for the former heavyweight champion. He’s giving back to the community and in October 2012 he launched the Mike Tyson Cares Foundation, which aims to “give kids a fighting chance by providing innovative centers that provide for the comprehensive needs of kids from broken homes.”  So good to see he’s on the right path these days.

Randy Travis – 2012 – Last year was a bad year for the 53-year-old country singer. In February, he was arrested for public intoxication while he was sitting in his car outside a Baptist church in Texas. In August, the singer was found by police in Grayson County, TX, lying naked and drunk but things got worse because cops found out Randy had crashed his car so he was busted with a DUI. He was also charged with threatening law enforcement officers.

Later that month he was cited for simple assault for fighting with a man outside a church, what else? Of course he was drunk then too, and just a day after the citation was given, police found the singer’s pickup truck wrecked and abandoned in Frisco, TX.

Nick Nolte – 2002 – It’s so bad that it even has its own Twitter page….hahaha. Anyhoodle, this one is definitely one of the most famous ones. The cops popped Mr. Nolte in September of 2002 for driving under the influence in Los Angeles. That photo is dead sexy, no doubt. In his defense though, it wasn’t an official mugshot. Apparently, after his arrest, he was sent to the hospital to take a bunch of blood tests and this is when a police officer asked him if he could snap the pic. He let him, but only if he promised to share the proceeds he made from it with his colleagues.

Kamari Fulbright – 2007 – This is stretching the ‘celebrity’ title a bit, but Kamari Fulbright was an Arizona beauty queen at one time and this mugshot is definitely one of the worst we’ve ever seen.

In 2010, Fulbright was sentenced to two years in prison for her role in the kidnap and torture of her ex-boyfriend. The now 30ish-year-old former beauty pageant queen and former law school student is a free woman, so we hear. She served less than two years and was released in August of 2011. She seems to be doing well if this is indeed her Twitter account.

Phil Spector – 2009 – Infamous record producer, Phil Spector, was convicted in 2009 for murdering actress Lana Clarkston in 2003. The second, wigless shot was taken at the North Kern State Prison Center in Delano, CA, in 2009.

Lisa Robin Kelly – 2012 – Best known for her role on That 70’s Show (she also played a part in one of my fave movies of all-time, Jawbreaker!), Lisa Robin Kelly, now 42, was arrested in March 2012 for spousal abuse.

Sadly, Lisa is no stranger to being arrested. In November 2010, she pled guilty to a DUI charge in North Carolina. The actress was busted for the second time in 2012 in November, when she and her 61-year-old husband were arrested and charged with assault.
