Lindsay Lohan as a Child in this Retro Video

It’s seems like forever since Lindsay Lohan was a child, but you can’t possibly forget how adorable she was. I came across this video of Lohan during the time she was filming The Parent Trap back in 1997-98 and I had to share.

Redheaded and freckled, Lindsay was peppy, optimistic, precious. It was her very first movie although she had a ton of commercials and soap opera appearances under her belt by the age of 10.

Even as a young girl working on her first movie, Lindsay learned quickly that making a film involved a lot more work than doing commercials. When asked what the differences were she replied, “When I did commercials I didn’t know how hard it was, cos it was just something like that quick [1-2 days filming], and now I realize if you want to be in a movie how you have to be ready for it. You can’t just go in and do it and get it over with and be out. You have to stay and it’s a process.”

Something she seems to have forgotten these days.

In other Lohan related news, Lindsay’s dad Michael just had another child with Kate Major. Scary,huh?
