Kanye West disses everyone, doesn’t he? See who he’s insulted in the past below!
Do you know what Morrissey and Kanye West have in common? That’s an easy one, they’re always bitching about something or someone, and they both have done it quite a lot recently. But that’s where their similarities end because I’m pretty sure they’re quite opposite and you can be they’d hate each other.
What we do know is that Kanye West disses just about anyone and everyone. Most recently, West’s target was innocent enough pop star and actor Justin Timberlake. During a recent performance, the rapper dissed Timberlake and his most recent single “Suit & Tie”. The ‘feud’, if you want to call it that, was just one of Mr. Kardashian’s moans and groans but we came upon a list of several other celebrities and ‘things’ ol’ Yeezy has taken issue with. As a refresher, check out the list below.
Kanye vs. Taylor Swift – 2009 VMAs:
“I’m really happy for you, I’m going to let you finish … but Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time!”
Kanye vs. Justin Timberlake – 2013:
“I got love for Hov, but I ain’t f**king with that ‘Suit & Tie.’”
Kanye vs. President Obama – 2013:
During that same rant at his London concert, Kanye also reportedly said, “I don’t give a f**k what the president got to say.”
Kanye vs. The Grammys – 2013:
And … he also slammed music’s biggest night, saying, “The grammys can suck my d**k.”
Kanye vs. Amber Rose & Wiz Khalifa – 2011:
During a performance at Coachella, Kanye changed the lyrics of his song “Stronger,” to, “Well, I did anything for a blonde dyke, and she’ll do anything for the limelight / and we did anything when the time’s right, uh, baby you making it … harder, better, faster, stronger.”
Kanye vs. Drake – 2011:
Apparently, Kanye dissed Drake on the track “Otis.”
“Rapping is about being young and doing your thing and being fly. ‘My favorite rappers either lost it or they ain’t alive’ line from ‘DMCB.’ I’m sure people took it that way and that’s good, man. That’s great. Wake the f**k up. I hope it makes you go harder. I hope it makes you get mad at me and write a song with me in mind,” Drake said according to BET. “I hope Kanye’s verse on ‘Otis’ was with that in mind. Everyone tried to tell me ‘Oh Jay is going at you.’ I don’t hear it, but I hope it was man, that song is f**king incredible. Making each other go harder, that’s what this s**t is about.”
Kanye vs. Mitt Romney – 2012:
“I’m just trying to protect my stacks / Mitt Romney don’t pay no tax,” West raps on “To The World,” a song off Cruel Summer.”
Kanye vs. Kris Humphries – 2012:
Kanye talks about his love Kim’s former husband and Nets player in his song “Theraflu.” He raps, “I admit I fell in love with Kim / Around the same time she fell in love with him / Well that’s cool baby girl / Do your thing / Lucky I ain’t had Jay drop him from the team.”
Kanye vs. Eminem – 2012:
Kanye reportedly dissed Eminem on a track entitled “Shady’s Gone.”
Kanye vs. Kim Kardashian? – 2013
When Kanye won the Best Group Performance title at the 2012 BET Awards, it appeared that Kim was ready to give her beau a big smooch … but he didn’t respond. Eek.
Well, well, well. It was good catching up on Kanye’s smack talk. Wouldn’t the music world be a boring place without Kanye West’s drama? Probably. We all love a good catfight.
