Spicy: Celebrity Smack’s Founder/ Daily Contributor/ Publisher Ever since she was a little girl Spicy has been fascinated with celebrity gossip and pop culture. The obsession started with her grandmother who subscribed to multiple gossip magazines including The Globe, National Enquirer and Star. When visiting, Spicy would spend hours reading the magazines and once it was time to go her grandmother would send her on her way with a paper bag full of gossip magazines. Twenty years later blogging was introduced to the internet and she was hooked. It proved to be the perfect forum for a pop culture junkie to discuss current goings on in the entertainment world. In 2004, before there were literally thousands of celebrity gossip sites, Spicy started Celebrity Smack. What she thought would be a hobby turned into a full-time job that she is completely passionate about. Fun stuff: Spicy filmed a segment on Forks, WA during the Twilight phenomenon for the ENCORE channel (November 2009), was guest host for Byron Allen’s pilot TV show, The Gossip Queens (November 2009), and was guest host for the Oxygen Network’s live chat for the reality show, Bad Girls Club (February 2010). Her Twitter account (@spicypants) was listed in the New York Times “Who’s Who of Twitter” (February 2009). She has appeared on Seattle's Q13FOX morning news delivering a morning "Celebrity Smack" segment and has conducted numerous interviews on radio stations across the country. Spicy also does work for Real Networks/Superpass in Seattle, WA doing interviews with reality stars from the popular CBS reality television shows Survivor and Big Brother. Celebrity Smack delivers fresh celebrity gossip and entertainment news daily. If you’d like to contact Spicy, email her at CelebritySmack@gmail.com.
