Aaron Carter, 20, was pulled over for speeding in Junction, Texas at approximately 12:00pm Thursday.
He was driving his Cadillac Escalade and was alone.
Shortly after an officer found over two ounces of marijuana in the vehicle and Carter was arrested. He was taken to jail where he is awaiting a court appearance this morning.
Last week he proposed to her onstage in Vegas.
This week he breaks it off.
Aaron Carter and Kari Ann Peniche are no longer engaged. (Kari is Aaron’s brother Nick’s ex-girlfriend as well. SLUT!)
Aaron tells People Magazine this week, “I got caught up in the moment and proposed. I then realized it was a hasty thing to do and I am not ready for marriage quite yet.” Or maybe that he didn’t want to marry a chick that boinked his older brother first!
