Ok, so there is a photo that is supposedly of Anna Nicole Smith dead in her bed with puke coming out of her mouth that have surfaced.

Gross, I know. No one seems to know if they are real or not at this point. I have seen the photograph and it could definitely be real, but then I am certainly no expert at photo shop.

If it is real, some asshole snapped it not long after she passed. If it is fake, how sick are you for wanting to recreate something like that? Real or not it is disturbing.

It seems people are still trying to make money off of Anna Nicole Smith.

This time it is a real ass of a doctor who performed breast augmentation on Smith in 1994. According to Howard K. Stern the physician videotaped the surgery without her consent and is now trying to sell the tape.

Howard K. Stern has obtained a temporary restraining order against the doctor, Gerald Wayne Johnson, M.D. If the doctor in fact did videotape the surgery he would be in violation of several state and federal laws.

Stern is attempting to prohibit Dr. Johnson and his wife Alana from “selling, distributing or otherwise disseminating, in any matter of media whatsoever, the Videotape(s) at issue and/or its contents” and wants the original tape and all copies to be handed over to Stern, the executor of Anna Nicole’s estate.

A court date has been set for August 24th.

This picture was obtained by TMZ and is confirmed to be the refrigerator that was inside of Anna Nicole’s bedroom in her Bahamian home.

It’s quite sad, the fridge is full of Slimfast and Methadone. And not just a little bit of Methadone, a freaking jug of it. There’s a couple cups of yogurt and some spray butter as well, and a box of Trimspa sits next to the refrigerator.

Anna Nicole obviously had a lot of issues. I don’t think we’ll ever really know everything that made her who she was.

It is my gut feeling that Howard K. Stern had a lot to do with the events that played out this past year. I still believe that Howard had something to do with Daniel’s death. Whether Howard himself is a drug addict or whether he uses drugs to control people, I honestly don’t know. But I feel that he and the methadone are connected, as many of you may agree.

I have always thought of Howard as being obsessed with Anna Nicole. I watched the Anna Nicole Show and saw that Howard basically had no life whatsoever outside of Anna Nicole. He did everything for her. His every move had Anna in mind. This relationship surely went further than lawyer/client, but I still don’t think that it was ever intimate.

I’m just spewing some thoughts right now because I haven’t had a lot of time to read everything that’s been going on. I’m still recovering and am having a pretty rough day today. I’m going to post a bunch of links that should get you up to date with everything that’s been going on.

Hopefully I will be feeling better tomorrow so I can get some work done. Thanks for being cool everyone and thanks for all of the well wishes. You guys rock.

Footage of the final moments of Playboy Playmate Anna Nicole Smith’s life sold for more than $500,000 Thursday after a media bidding war.

The video shows paramedics working on the unresponsive reality star as she was wheeled from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Fla.

Splash News screened the videotape to potential media buyers at their Los Angeles headquarters just hours after Smith’s death Thursday afternoon.

Emergency responders appear to administer CPR on two separate occasions as the TrimSpa spokeswoman was wheeled out of the hotel on a gurney, according to FOX News Channel producer Christopher Spinder, who viewed the tape.

Her companion and lawyer, Howard K. Stern, is not visible in the video.

The two-minute tape, shot from three different angles from a distance of about 50 feet, shows Smith’s sheet-covered body, with an oxygen mask over her face, being taken out of the Hard Rock Hotel by a gaggle of emergency responders, including paramedics and police.

I remember I couldn’t possibly be more disgusted that the paps were snapping all kinds of shots of Princess Diana while she was trapped inside her car after her fatal crash.

They are so effing classy! Some laws seriously need to be made to protect celebrities from these insensitive, money grubbing assholes aka the paparazzi. Disgusting.
