Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown were spotted dining together Tuesday night, but they say they aren’t a couple, they are just friends.

The former couple shared a meal together at Joe’s Crab Shack in Alpharetta, Ga.and patrons and employees were wondering if the two crackheads had gotten back together.

The restaurant’s manager, David Evans told People magazine,

“They did eat here and they seemed to enjoy their meal.”

The two apparently shared a dinner together for the sake of their child, and are getting along just fine being on their own.

A friend of the family was quoted as saying,

“They’re still on good terms. They don’t hate each other. [Getting back together] is the furthest thing from their mind. That’s just not in the cards. They’ve got a history together, so they’ve got a lot to talk about. It’s as simple as that.”

Thank goodness, because I am still waiting for Whitney’s massive comeback.  Because I don’t care what you say, girlfriend is one talented bitch.

Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown hanging out together again? Whitney darling, DON’T DO IT!

The former (hopefully) couple dined at Joe’s Crab Shack and apparently were all smiles. Let’s just hope that they were discussing things like their divorce or their child and then went along their merry ways..separately!

It seemed like Whitney was on the right track. Let’s just hope that she doesn’t go back to her old ways, choking on the crack pipe and Bobby’s schlong!

By the way, happy birthday Whitney. She’s 44 today.

Whitney Houston wants her divorce from Bobby Brown to be short and sweet.

Houston has requested a default judgment in a document filed on Dec. 28 in Orange County, Calif., Superior Court.

The document states that there are “no issues of division of community property.” The document was obtained by CelebTV.com.

Houston is also seeking custody of the couple’s 13-year-old daughter, Bobbi Kristina, and that Brown be allowed visitation rights.

“Estranged couple Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown’s Atlanta, Georgia, mansion has been seized and sold. Houston filed for divorce from the R&B pioneer last month after 14 years of marriage.

Georgia newspaper Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports the couple’s five-bedroom home was foreclosed by local authorities after the couple failed to keep up with their mortgage payments.

The $1.4 million house was sold on the steps of the Fulton County Courthouse on November 7.

Last week, Houston denied reports her New Jersey home faces the same problem. Mortgage holder, Chevy Chase Bank have filed suit to foreclose on the house, claiming the singer owes them $1 million in mortgage payments and taxes on the building.”

The start of a comeback for Whitney?

Now that she has filed for divorce from Bobby Brown maybe the diva we once knew will clean up her act, get her shit back together and get clean. Here she is in a rare appearance at the Beverly Hills Hotel last night forthe15th Annual Ella Awards.

“Recent reports have suggested that Karrine Steffans, the self-proclaimed “Video Vixen,” may have caused the impending break-up of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown’s marriage. But a source with knowledge of the relationship tells TMZ that it’s Brown who has sought out Steffans for moral and financial support: He stays at her L.A. home “frequently” and Karrine actually ponies up for Bobby’s pre-paid cell phone.

According to the TMZ source, there is in fact no romance between Brown and Steffans, and that outsiders are creating that illusion because of her past, in which she was known as “Supahead” by legions of R&B and hip-hop artists to whom she provided sexual services on the sets of their videos. She wrote a book about her experiences, “Confessions of a Video Vixen,” which was a New York Times bestseller.

During the summer, at a concert Brown gave with fellow ’80s artists Bell Biv Devoe and En Vogue at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles, Steffans was backstage and in fact took Brown home in her car. Brown had told the audience that he and Whitney were on the rocks and that he needed a “tenderoni” to take home. It appears he found that “tenderoni” in the form of Steffans. Brown and Steffans’ encounter that night was caught on tape by a show called “I Married A Baller” on the TV1 network.“
