Criss Angel’s estranged wife is suing for divorce.

She claims that he had an affair with Cameron Diaz, that she was kept a ’secret‘ to further his career, and that Angel hasn’t given her any of his millions.

Joanne Sarantakos of Long Island, N.Y., is accusing Angel, her husband of 5-years, and friend of 15-years, of mental cruelty and abandonment.

According to Sarantakos attorney, Cameron Diaz has been named as Angel’s ‘lover’ and will be subpoenaed when she
comes back to New York.

Angel’s lawyer denied the allegations and added "the notion that she’s not being supported is simply not accurate."  Obviously avoiding the infidelity issues.

At the hearing, Angel touched his wife’s shoulder and tried to shake her
father’s hand, but he was rebuffed.

The paper also reported that Angel joked with reporters outside
the courtroom. Gesturing toward his wife’s lawyer, he said, "I can make
him disappear," while Barbara laughed and replied, "I’m going to rip
his heart out."

Cameron Diaz offended Peruvians by carrying a bag that had an offensive slogan to their country on it.

Diaz was visiting the Inca city of Machu Picchu yesterday carrying an olive green bag with a red star and the words "Serve the People" written in Chinese.

In Peru the saying is a reminder of the Maoist Shining Path insurgency which brought the country to chaos in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s, with almost 70,000 people dying during the massacres and bombings.

Pablo Rojas, a prominent human rights activist in Peru says, "It alludes to a concept that did so much damage to Peru, that brought about so many victims. I don’t think she should have used that bag where the followers of that ideology did so much damage."

I just had to watch this years show being as it was hosted by Sarah Silverman.

And she didn’t disappoint.

The highlight of the evening for me was Sarah’s opening monologue.  Specifically when she mocked Paris Hilton going to jail..

"In a couple of days Paris Hilton is going to jail.  (laughter erupts) The judge says that it’s going to be a no frills thing, and that is totally ridiculous.  She is totally going to get special treatment.  In fact, I heard in order to make her feel more comfortable in prison the guards are gunna paint the bars to look like penises."

The audience roars..

"I think it’s wrong too.  I just worry that she is going to break her teeth on those things."

The crowd goes wild. Cameras cut to Paris looking pissed but forcing a smile…

Cameron and Kelly are enjoying time together in Oahu surfing.

The duo have been spotted everywhere together. Shopping, cruising, dining..you name it. Despite rumors that the two are now a couple Slater’s mother is saying that the rumors are false. She says that Cameron and Kelly simply both love to surf.

Judy Slater tells In Touch Magazine, “They have been friends for a long time.”

“Every time somebody sees somebody else eating dinner, they think it’s a romantic thing. It’s silly.”

She adds that Cameron just wanted to visit Kelly on the island to get away from the chaos surrounding her and Justin’s split.

“She just called him and asked if she could come over for a few days. It was nothing they had planned.”
