The singer has been charged with “assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury and making criminal threats” after beating his girlfriend, Rihanna, into unconsciousness last February.

In fact, Sam’s mother, Ann Dexter-Jones, and sister, Charlotte, went to the police station Monday evening to inquire about filing a restraining order against her. Law enforcement told the women the order needs to be obtained through the courts.
Lindsay completely intruded on Charlotte’s private party last weekend and made the family’s weekend very stressful.
Charlotte explains, “She does these things to get attention. She was trying to get into my party this weekend. We had to tell security to keep her out. Then she booked a room at the Chateau Marmont. Her room was right below… She also followed our brother Mark around.”
Samantha’s mother, Ann, also told OK! magazine that Lindsay is back doing the blow.
“[Lindsay] was doing drugs. And we could not sleep that night at the Chateau. She was complaining about the music and noise coming from upstairs. She was trying to get attention, so that Sam could come down.”
Taking one last stab (pun intended) she throws out this juicy tidbit to the media, “She cuts herself too! She is a cutter!”
None of this is shocking. You’d be a fool if you thought Lindsay has been sober all this time. She’s cocaine crazy. She’s just been in remission!
I have a feeling this is not going to get any prettier. Lindsay’s ego plus the cocaine are a bad combination. When told she can’t have someone or go somewhere, it sends her into a frantic, desperate frenzy, like she’s a caged animal or something. Bitch, go take a vacation! That’s what her publicist should be telling her. Get some sun and get away from Hollywood. Your career is already in the crapper, don’t flush it down over a relationship gone bad!
First it was Sam Lutfi, then that slimy Adnan, now it’s her father.
The Britney circus is still going on in court, and whether or not Lutfi will have the restraining order against him extended is still in the air. But the underlying battle is the pop princess’ attempt to put an end to the conservatorship which leaves her father Jamie in control of her everyday life.
Brit’s dad is so controlling that the 27-year-old can’t even have a cell phone. This, according to Sam Lutfi’s younger sister Christina, 25, who testified in court yesterday that back in January Britney called her from a hotel asking her to bring her a phone. She said she agreed to meet Brit at the hotel’s gym.
She explained, “[Britney] told me she wanted to get a hold of Sam. She wanted him to help her find a lawyer, and wanted someone to get a prepaid cell phone to her. She was scared because her father was blackmailing her with visitation rights over her kids.”
Christina met her at the sauna and the phone was exchanged. She told Britney that the phone was from Sam and Adnan. She says Britney asked her, “Will Sam be able to help me?”
Brit’s camp discovered the phone shortly after and confiscated it.
Daddy Jamie is claiming that Brit was in total fear of Sam Lutfi. And his lawyer says that at one point Britney was considering having Sam arrested so he would leave her alone.
Lutfi’s attorney describes a different scenario, “Sam’s only crime was trying to help out a friend. When someone asks for your help, that person is obviously not scared of you or in need of a restraining order.”
Closing arguments will be heard on April 21st.
So basically it’s a battle of who is going to end up controlling Britney. I mean, I think they are both right – they’re both nuckin’ futz! Poor Britney, she’s the one that loses no matter how the dice are rolled.

Andre, whose real name is Andre Benjamin, was clocked at 109-mph in a 65-mph zone on I-75 as he drove his 2007 Porsche Carrera.
Police Captain Jason Bolton said Andre was posing an obvious threat to other drivers. “Traveling that fast along 75, you’re passing people as if they’re standing still. It’s an accident waiting to happen.”
Andre posted bail and was released. He will appear in court on April 29th.
Georgia State Representative Jim Cole is hoping Andre will be willing to campaign for the state’s new Super Speeder Bill which calls for an additional $200 fine for anyone caught doing more than 85 miles an hour on freeways. The law will go into effect this summer.

The charges stem from an incident in 2007 when the rapper, whose real name is Clifford Harris Jr., attempted to buy an arsenal of weapons from an uncover FBI officer.
He negotiated a plea deal last year that ended with him agreeing to 1,500 hours of community, paying a $100,000 fine and serving 366 days in jail. T.I. has already performed 1,000 hours of community service and will complete the rest after his release from jail.
U.S. District Court Judge Charles Pannell Jr. said he was impressed by T.I.’s actions since his arrest. He praised him in the courtroom this morning saying that he had exceeded the courts expectations and that he hoped his case would inspire others.
T.I. is expected to start his sentence just after May 19th and may be eligible for an early release after 10 months.

Most thought Lohan probably violated her parole or failed a court ordered drug test. This morning TMZ is reporting that neither is true.
Lindsay has been enrolled in an alcohol education for more than a year but recently switched to another location. She either was late or missed a class becsause the program director reported it to the courts. From there the judge issued a warrant.
Linds claims that is was the paparazzi’s fault and that they made it impossible for her to arrive on time.
The song and dance around the warrant is apparently not a big deal. Lindsay’s attorney feels confident they will get things squared away in the courtroom. The only thing that might snag them along the way is that a new judge has been assigned to the case and she’s a real pitbull.
Attorney’s will go to bat for Lindsay this morning. She has no plans to attend court unless the judge orders it.
Lindsay’s arrest warrant has been recalled in a hearing that lasted only minutes. She is enrolling in a new alcohol education program and will have to prove compliance to the courts next month.
He was arrested and booked in Whittier, CA and his bail set at $20,000.
Two doctors, Sandeep Kapoor, 40, and Khristine Eroshevich, 61, have also been charged with illegally prescribing medications, which is a felony.
Among other charges, all three were charged with “prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict.”
Smith died in February 2007 at the age of 39 from an overdose of prescription drugs. Her son had also died of an accidental overdose just months before.
It was obvious years ago that Howard was bad for Anna. Not that Anna wasn’t bad for Anna, but Stern was her puppet and would do anything for her. He worshiped her. If you ever saw The Anna Nicole Show you know this. He was creepy. Infatuated with her.

He was arrested at LAX for possession of crack cocaine after security screener found crack on him. Coolio was headed to take a flight on Southwest airlines but he didn’t get that far.
Coolio had a fit and even got physical with the screener at some point.
He is being booked by police as we speak. Have a nice weekend, C!
