I think her new website was set up just for things like this. Instead of seeing Britney all the time through the eyes of the paparazzi, Britney, or someone on her team, got smart and took things into their own hands. Not a bad idea, really..
Britney Spears started work on her new video segment that will appear at the beginning of every show in Madonna’s upcoming Sticky & Sweet tour.
Shooting for the short movie started yesterday in WeHo where Britney arrived at about 9am and remained for a most of the day. Sources say she was very professional and courteous.
The film itself sounds pretty whacked – but that’s Britney, I guess. It’s described as Britney entering an elevator wearing a gray hoodie that hides most of her face. She is obviously anxious and fidgety. The elevator goes up and so does Britney’s anxiety level. She begins pacing frantically. Her mania continues to build until she is violently kicking and hitting the walls. Then she pulls her hoodie down and screams into the camera… can you guess …?
“It’s Britney, bitch.”

Whatever. Don’t you think Britney would want to move on from that f*cked up time in her life? Sounds like they have her bouncing off of rubber walls!
The Daily Mail published these pictures of Celine Dion onstage in Japan this weekend wearing a super short minidress with peach fuzz on her thighs.
Should she have waxed/shaved her thighs before wearing such a revealing dress? Or is it really no big deal, and just another case of people forgetting that celebrities are human too?
Owen Wilson is finally heading back to work, and I’m looking forward to his new flick!
Wilson will star with Jennifer Aniston in “Marley & Me,” based on the book by John Grogan, about a couple who adopt a dog that gives them a run for their money.
I’ve read parts of the book, and as a dog lover, I have to say, the book was hysterical! I hope the movie can live up to the book. With Wilson starring in it, I think it will.
Filming begins on March 10th, and the movie is set to be released on Christmas Day.
Christina Ricci says she was already afraid of monkeys before being attacked by one on the set of her latest movie, Penelope.
The chimpanzee, Chim Chim, grabbed hold of the actresses boob and refused to let go.
She explains, “I’m afraid of monkeys but I had decided not to be afraid of this monkey because no one else is. ‘Everyone else thinks he’s awesome so just be cool.’
“It’s the first day of shooting and I have this kitchen scene where I’m sitting down and the monkey is sitting right next to me. Of course it freaks out during the take and grabs my left breast and will not let go, and he’s so strong. I’m thinking, ‘This thing is gonna rip it’s hand away and I will no longer have a boob there!’
“I’m so freaked out and the whole rest of the actors are turned around so no one sees that this has happened to me and I’m like, ‘Help, help’ as quietly and calmly as possible so this thing does not freak out any further.
“Finally they got him off me but my fear is completely validated and I did not go near him for the rest of the shoot… Monkeys are crazy and you never what they’ll grab onto; I don’t like unpredictable animals.”
“Sometimes you get to throw a barbecue or do something special but usually I know that the crew people are working really hard and everybody is not making the same amount of money we are. So we do this five dollar Fridays thing and everybody writes their name on a five dollar bill and puts it into a bucket and at the end of the day somebody picks a bill out and whoevers name is on the bill wins all the money….I’d double the money every Friday.”

It seems Adam Carolla has had enough of Danny Bonaduce being his sidekick on his radio show.
Carolla failed to show up for his own morning show on a couple consecutive days – a statement intended for radio bosses, to let them know how serious he was about Danny being let go.
According to Radio-info.com, this is how it all went down:
- On 12/10, there was a lead in bumper that said “Only four more days of Danny Bonaduce …. for us at least”
- On 12/11, Carolla and Bonaduce threw small shots at each other all day- On 12/12, Carolla called in sick, which is entirely out of character. He has rants about people who call in sick and who are late, and about a “rally gene” that certain people have that makes them come in even when they are under the weather and don’t want to
- He did not call in to his own show
- On 12/12, during the 12-1 hour, Carolla called into Dr. Drew’s afternoon show, stayed an hour, and said he was “feeling better, but not sure how he’d feel tomorrow”. It was a “wink-wink, nod-nod” statement, and I’m not overstating the context. He was basically saying he wasn’t sick and that he’d skip the next day also.
- On 12/13, he was sick again, did not call in to his own show
- On 12/13, at night he skipped the “A Christmas Carolla” live remote, and from reports he did not call in.
- During all this time, Bonaduce hosted, was terrible, only talked about threesomes, his 25 year old girlfriend, and gave out his cell phone number on air over the dump-button guy’s objection
- The rest of the staff (Bryan Bishop, writer Mike Lynch, Teresa Strasser) gave occasional on-air potshots at Bonaduce and refused to criticize Carolla
But never fear, Danny has managed to score his own show that will premiere January 2nd, 2008, 1-3pm on 97.1FM KSLX in Los Angeles.
