Lynne Spears Delays Release of Parenting Book

Wednesday, December 19th, 2007

Her daughters’ erratic and shocking behaviors have caused Lynne Spears to delay her book on parenting.

A spokesman for the publisher says, “The book is delayed indefinitely. It’s delayed, not canceled.”

The inspirational book was to hit shelves the spring 2008 and has been described as, “Lynne Spears’s personal story of raising high-profile children while coming from a low-profile Louisiana community.”

It is unknown if publication will be modified before it’s release.

“We are standing behind Lynne at this time and understand that she needs time with her family – we support that,” says the spokeswoman.

Uh yeah, I would say timing the book release with her 16 year-old’s pregnancy wouldn’t be the best idea. In fact, I’d say scrap the whole project! She’s not exactly the role model parent with some inspiring story to tell!

Anything for a buck…!

Marcia and Jan Brady Bumped Clams!

Friday, September 21st, 2007

Maureen McCormick who played Marcia Brady on The Brady Bunch is planning to tell all in a her new book ‘Here’s the Story’ which hits shelves in 2008.

The most startling secret she reveals was pretty much every young boys fantasy in the 1970’s. She and Eve plumb (Jan Brady) had a brief lesbian fling! A source told the National Enquirer,

“The most explosive comments will be how the then-blonde, blue-eyed cutie developed a crush on Eve Plumb, which led to some sexual play.

This book will certainly come as a shocker. While Maureen is not a lesbian, she reveals there were some sexual hijinks going on behind the scenes.

It’s bizarre because she played such a virginal character on the show.”

Maureen also discusses her eating disorder and past drug problems in the book.

Lindsay Lohan to Write Book After Rehab?

Thursday, September 20th, 2007

lindsay-lohan-news.jpg

Lindsay Lohan plans on writing a book that talks about her ‘past’ life of turbulent drug and alcohol abuse.

A source told Star, “She found solace in reading memoirs of others who suffered to overcome their addictions, and she wants to similarly put her experiences out there.”

Are you guys buying that Lindsay is a changed person?

To me, it sounds a lot like Paris Hilton after her jail stint. Claiming that she’s changed for the better and is going to inspire the world and blah, blah, blah. How many times have we heard that Lindsay is clean only to hear about her getting another DUI, showing up late while on set, sneaking drugs in rehab? I just don’t believe it.

And I don’t believe she’ll write the book either.

New Book Reveals Secrets About John F. Kennedy, Jr.

Tuesday, June 26th, 2007

Jfkjr_6
In his new book, American Legacy: The story of John and Caroline Kennedy, in stores July 10, author C. David Heymann claims JFK Jr. hooked up with a professional escort who went by the name "April Showers" after finding himself odd man out in a classic Hollywood love triangle.

"The reasons he met up with her was that Daryl Hannah, who was at the time involved with Jackson Browne, would not see John when he was in California to meet up with her, so obviously frustrated he called an escort service," Heymann says.

The author goes on to say that JFK Jr. paid $200 an hour for the tryst with the escort.

But there was an array of women John came in contact with says Heymann, including supermodels.

"These leading fashion models, one more attractive than the other, were falling all over each other to get together with him," he says.

But was the Camelot heir thinking about following in his father’s political footsteps? The author says yes.

"Caroline his sister knew about it and was for it," he says.

Heymann says JFK Jr. nearly ran for the New York Senate seat that Hillary Clinton won in 2000.

"He didn’t run against Hillary in New York for senator because of the fact that he felt his wife wasn’t ready at that point but I think eventually he would’ve certainly entered politics."

And the author believes even bigger things would have been in store for John if not for his tragic death in 1999.

"I actually do believe that had he lived, he would’ve become President of the United States," he says.
