After filing for divorce in 2007 and then deciding to not go through with it, Sean Penn, 48, and Robin Wright, 43, might really be done this time.

Penn filed for legal separation with joint custoody of their two children. He filed the papers last week.

Oksana Pochepa, a Russian pop star, is Mel Gibson’s young flame who’s coming forward with details of her love affair with the actor.

Pochepa, 24, has been bragging to the press about her relationship with Mel, whose wife of 28-years just filed for divorce.

Oksana says she is in love with Mel and is hopeful that their union will be “strong and long-lasting.”

The couple met last August when Oksana was hired to create a song for Gibson’s Edge of Darkness. Sources say that the couple spent a lot of time in Gibson’s trailer together. They were also spotted in Mexico together where Mel was directing one of her videos.

Mel Gibson’s wife Robyn has filed for divorce after 28 years of marriage.

She is citing irreconcilable differences.

Rumor has it that the couple have been on the verge of a split since Mel’s 2006 arrest for driving under the influence. There are also rumors about a possible mistress of Mel’s.

The couple released the following joint statement:

“Throughout our marriage and separation we have always strived to maintain the privacy and integrity of our family and will continue to do so.”

Friends say the couple have been estranged for two years. They have no prenuptial agreement and were married before Mel was a mega star.

The couple have seven children, but only one who is a minor, Tom, who will be 10 tomorrow.

Like I said yesterday, there have been numerous varying reports on the amount that Guy Ritchie has gotten in his divorce settlement with Madonna. Today is no different.

On Monday, Madonna’s longtime publicist, Liz Rosenberg, told the AP, a pretty upstanding news source, that the amount of $76 million was a correct figure. Adding to that, the couple’s estate in London topped it off at a lovely $92 million.

Well now both Madonna and Guy are disputing those numbers, saying they are “misleading and inaccurate.”

Of course.

The ex-couple released the following joint statement,

“A misleading and inaccurate statement, specifically in relation to the sums of money involved, was wrongly issued to AP this week. The financial details of the settlement will remain private, save to say that both of us are happy with our agreement. Our primary concern, like any co-parents, is the care and well being of our children.”

Um, ok. Whatever. It just seems weird to me that Madge’s trusted rep would confirm the information if it weren’t true. She hasn’t been the pop granny’s publicist for so long for nothing.

Me thinks the amount reported was probably correct, but that Guy doesn’t want to look like a total chump and wanted the story recanted.

There have been SO many reports on how much money Guy Ritchie was going to get from Madonna in the divorce settlement, it was hard to know what to believe.

Now another report has emerged, this time confirmed by Madonna’s longtime publicist, that Guy will receive at least $76 million dollars in the settlement.

The agreement also includes the couple’s English country estate – which could bring the total amount close to $100 million. Damn, I would marry that bitch for eight years for $100 million!

No agreement has yet been reached in the custody battle over sons Rocco, 8, and David, 3.

Ivana Trump has confirmed that she is splitting with her husband of eight months, Rossano Rubicondi.
