Wes Craven has filed a lawsuit against Pauly Shore for allegedly failing to maintain his yard.

The negligence reportedly caused a landslide on Craven’s property.

Craven is accusing Shore of not maintaining his yard, pool, spa, sprinklers, irrigation, swales, downspouts and slopes.

The lawsuit goes on to claim that "water from the Shore Property intruded and infiltrated the Craven Property causing a slope failure/landslide" last December.

TMZ is reporting that Craven has "suffered and will continue to suffer severe emotional distress and anxiety."

Christina Aguilera has purchased Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne’s former Beverly Hills home.

The same mansion that was featured on the reality show, ‘The Osbournes’.

Ozzy said he and wife, Sharon, decided to put the home up for sale because the family had experienced some bad times there. "I don’t want to stay in that house any more. The house holds bad memories for me because it reminds me of the terrible time Sharon got cancer and of times when me and the kids were doped out of our minds."

Hopefully Xtina and Jordy will get along with the neighbors better than the Osbourne’s did..

Now there is a new starlet following in the footsteps of Ms. Monroe.

Lindsay Lohan reportedly just bought the curvaceous bombshell’s old two bedroom apartment in Los Angeles. She will be moving in once her rehab treatment is completed.

Lindsay says that she has long admired Monroe, and tries to be like her whenever she can.

“I wanted to do what Marilyn Monroe did (during the Korean War), when she went and just set up a stage and did a concert for the troops all by herself. It’s so amazing seeing that one woman just going somewhere, this beautiful sex kitten, who’s basically a pinup, which is what I’ve always aspired to be.”

Suzanne Somers’ Malibu waterfront mansion is a complete loss after being ravaged by a fast moving fire.

The fire destroyed four homes and one guest house in the posh Malibu neighborhood, which is the home of many celebrities.

Somers also has a home in South Palm Springs. It is not known if she was at her Malibu estate when the fire occurred.

The fire burned over 20 acres and was fueled by strong winds. It took 300 firefighters to contain the blaze, which was officially declared out at approximately 5am this morning.

“Estranged couple Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown’s Atlanta, Georgia, mansion has been seized and sold. Houston filed for divorce from the R&B pioneer last month after 14 years of marriage.

Georgia newspaper Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports the couple’s five-bedroom home was foreclosed by local authorities after the couple failed to keep up with their mortgage payments.

The $1.4 million house was sold on the steps of the Fulton County Courthouse on November 7.

Last week, Houston denied reports her New Jersey home faces the same problem. Mortgage holder, Chevy Chase Bank have filed suit to foreclose on the house, claiming the singer owes them $1 million in mortgage payments and taxes on the building.”
