Tony Parker is suing paparazzi site X17 for publishing what might be fake text messages and information from the mistress who says that she slept with the NBA star.

X17 is known for taking upskirt shots of celebs, the umbrella incident with Britney, and many more instances of celebrity intrusion.

Well, Tony Parker isn’t going to have it and I say YOU GO! Parker is suing the paps website for $20 million dolllars.

Alexandra Paressant told X17 that she has sex with Parker after he was married to Eva Longoria, and while he was staying in Paris.

Parker has strongly refuted the claims, and has filed suit. Parker’s legal team claims, “X17 had to know that the story was false, or, at the very least, it had to have entertained serious doubts about the credibility of its supposed source.”

Tony Parker’s attorney is fighting claims made by a model, Alexandra Paressant, who says she had intercourse with the NBA star.

Stanton “Larry” Stein of the firm Dreier Stein & Kahan stated, “Tony adamantly and unconditionally denies ever having laid eyes on this woman, let alone having had an affair with her. The allegations of the supposed affair are entirely false and fabricated.”

He added that he would “pursue all legal remedies against those making such false accusations.”

Parker, who wed Eva Longoria earlier this year, denies all claims made by the model. Longoria, who hasn’t wavered from her man, says she has faith that her husband hasn’t strayed.

A model is claiming that she and Tony Parker had a fling that lasted for days while he was in Paris.

Alexandra Paressant, 25, says she was a guest at the Parker/Longoria wedding on July 7th and that Tony was giving her ‘the look‘. Later in the evening they met through a mutual friend.

Paressant says that it was on September 29th, while Parker was in Paris, that he sent her sexually explicit text messages and phone calls.

They had sex at the Park Hyatt Hotel for multiple nights until he left to head back to San Antonio.

“We had room service. He said that Eva, sexually speaking, does not want to do certain things. She does not want to make love in front of a mirror, does not like [a] certain position and thinks that sperm gives acne.”

She added that Tony said he felt pressured to marry Eva because “everybody has to get married at a point, but [for him] it is still time to enjoy life.”

The model doubts that Eva caught on. “I don’t think she knew about it. She seems quite jealous.”

Eva refuses to believe that her husband has cheated on her. Publicly, at least. She released a statement saying, “Tony has been nothing short of the perfect husband.”

Paressant also claims that she and Parker spent time together in San Antonio as recent as October 29th.

During Eva and Tony’s engagement rumors swirled of Eva cheating on Tony with Mario Lopez. Payback? A total fabrication on behalf of the ‘model’? Who knows. I think marriage is doomed no matter what.

Alex Rodriguez and wife Cynthia are having another baby.

Through the rumors of infidelity and stripper girlfriends, A-Rod’s wife stuck with him…and is probably getting anything she wants at this point.

The couple already has a two-year-old daughter. Cynthia is due next spring.

Milana, left, claims Oscar De La Hoya really did dress in drag

A dancer named Milana talked with Entertainment Tonight about the scandalous cross-dressing photographs that appeared on the internet of boxing legend Oscar De La Hoya.

Milana, 22, says she is a friend of De La Hoya’s (or was anyway) and that the photos are absolutely untouched.

“They’re real, I can assure you. I took those photographs. I have him on my camera. This is Oscar. This is not Photoshopped.

He called me, he invited me to come. I drove with my friend, grabbed a couple of outfits, and we met up with Oscar … That was the last time I saw him.”

Milana claims she snapped the pics on May 17th at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Philadelphia.

I love these dumb whores who come forward with news like this and could care less that it makes them look like whores. She’s a stripper who went to see him knowing he was married, probably porked him and then some, then ran to the tabloids.

De La Hoya’s lawyer Bertram Fields still claims they are “a really bad Photoshop job. Unfortunately, with today’s technology, anyone can make any photo seem like something other than it is.”

Fields says that Oscar knows about the stripper but is basically calling her a liar.

“Oscar does know the woman who we believe is selling these photographs to the tabloid media. But he assures me that the photos are phony. He has asked me to pursue his legal remedies. Because we are contemplating legal action, Oscar will make no further comment at this time.

Mr. De La Hoya has become one of the most recognizable faces in America. Not only for his achievements in the boxing ring, but also for his charitable work in developing hospital facilities and schools in the East Los Angeles neighborhood where he grew up. Of course they looked lovey-dovey, Kim’s laying it on thick. Now she’s had a taste of what it’s like without Diddy’s pocketbook and the taste isn’t so sweet. Forget the fact that he cheated on and disrespected you. I think she figures if she can fake it it will be ‘worth’ it.

That’s what Sienna Miller said about her relationship with P. Diddy when he was still involved with ex-girlfriend Kim Porter. But after reports of Miller and Diddy partying together after the Concert for Diana, Porter broke up with her man.

Miller has always insisted she is only friends with the rapper. Most of us know that this is a bunch of crap because Diddy and Miller have been seen out multiple times. The most recent being at DC10 club in Ibiza, where Miller tried to sneak out of the club while hiding behind a straw hat and then behind two male friends.

She and Diddy then headed to her villa in the mountains outside San Antonio on the Mediterranean island.

Just admit it already. Nobody cares if the two of you are a couple or not!
