Nick Hogan was sentenced today for the car accident that nearly took his best friend’s life.

John Graziano is still in vegetative state and hasn’t left the hospital since the crash last August. Graziano’s sister, Christian Carson, says that Nick has never apologized for the accident.

Graziano’s father told the judge that the Hogan’s have never been there for his son. He asked the judge to throw the book at Nick. He also stated that when Nick did visit John in the hospital that he appeared to be bored and disinterested. He added that he even skateboarded in the hospital halls.

Sickening.

Judge Frederico said during sentencing that the crash was no accident and that Nick’s driving was ‘cavalier’. Hogan was sentenced to eight months in jail, five years’ probation, 500 hours community service, no drinking (although he is underage) and his license will be revoked for three years. Hogan was said to be stonefaced as he learned of his punishment.

Finally! What a little asshole. Skateboarding in the hospital? Shows what little class that punkass has. And hearing Graziano’s parents say what douchebags the Hogan’s are was awesome. Something we knew all along. Their little facade didn’t play out quite so well, did it?

Eight months isn’t sh*t to John’s family. It’s already been that long since the accident. John has years and years ahead of suffering. His quality of life is gone. And little Nick Hogan gets 8 months.

Poor Nick. I hope he makes lots of ‘friends’ in jail.

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline headed back to the courtroom today and it turned out to be a good day for Britney.

Ms. Spears was granted three days a week with the boys, a step in the right direction for Britney, who is trying to get back equal custody with her children.

Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan said during a press conference that the boys’ overnight stays will be “phased in”.

“The court made orders today, they were orders that the parties were able to mostly agree to. It represents a a cautious step moving forward.”

Kaplan added that everyone is pleased at the progress of this case, and that of Britney. He also stated that the children are doing “great”.

Britney’s parents released a statement saying they are “pleased with Britney’s progress” and “very appreciative” that the judge is considering the fact that she has shown improvement in recent months.

Both Kevin and Britney are expected back in court on July 15th.

Rob Lowe’s wife and attorney have responded to former nanny Laura Boyce’s accusations of sexual harassment.

Sheryl’s statement is as follows:

“As a mother of two young boys, it is sickening and disgusting that Mrs. Allred and Ms. Boyce would stoop so low as to drag a child into this latest, baseless, predatory lawsuit. To falsely attack my husband is one thing, to attack me is another, but to do this to our son reveals not only their lack of character, but how far they are willing to go to play the ‘lawsuit lotto.’”

“The charges against me are lies meant to embarrass and humiliate. I find it deeply offensive the false allegation that I would use racially insensitive comments. I’m certain that my dearest and longtime friend, and godfather to my children, Marcus Allen would beg to differ with their charges. We do not see color in my household; my children do not see color. It deeply saddens me that I even have to explain this to my children.

These false allegations are made all the more painful because our family has been betrayed by a woman we welcomed into our home and treated like family. Laura Boyce was physically abused by a man with whom she was having a relationship. I had to take her to the emergency room once, and advised her that she had to be more careful about the men she dated, and that she was running with the wrong crowd. We are shocked that she has now chosen to destroy our right to peace, quiet, and privacy.”

The Lowe family attorney Larry Stein has also responded to the claims brought forth by the nanny:

“Having struck out against Rob Lowe, Gloria Allred now seeks to drag his wife and children into the fray. In response to a lawsuit against Laura Boyce by the Lowes, Ms. Allred filed a cross-complaint on behalf of Boyce, which contains false allegations, in an apparent attempt to divert the negative publicity which Allred’s client, Gibson, has universally received.”

“Although framed as a sexual harassment claim against both Sheryl and Rob Lowe, the cross-complaint alleges only words by Sheryl and never mentions any words or conduct by Rob whatsoever. The alleged statements by Sheryl are totally unrelated to, and do not provide any support for, Gibson’s claims against Rob.”

This whole case is one big clusterf*ck. The first nanny, Jennifer Gibson, I don’t like. She seems smug and in the beginning, I thought she was full of sh*t. She might still be.

However, the second nanny, although overly dramatic with the tears, her story is more believable. I’m not saying it is true, because in this world of assholes, you can’t trust anyone. Bitches can conjure up fake tears in a jiffy when there is the promise of big money. And her tears were Oscar worthy.

I think it’s pretty funny that Sheryl felt the need to call her closest Afro-American friend (Marcus Allen) and have him vouch for her. Does that really mean anything? I don’t trust Sheryl. You know that saying, “The eyes are the window to the soul”? Well, her eyes are like beetie rat eyes.

I don’t know, I honestly keep going back and forth on this one. Rob was the founding father of sex scandals though, the pioneer of sex tapes. So you know his wife has to be a freak. We’ll just have to wait this one out and see what develops.

Another nanny has come forward in the Rob Lowe case, and this one is accusing his wife, Sheryl Lowe, of all the sexual advancements.

TMZ is reporting that Laura Boyce has filed a complaint with the LA County Superior Court accusing Ms. Lowe of all sorts of freaky behavior.

Although there are no allegations of inappropriate touching, she is alleging that her former employer walked around the house naked while (nanny Jessica Gibson claimed the same thing) constantly exposing herself, that she asked Boyce about the size of her NBA boyfriend’s penis - also asking how she could have sex with him.  Boyce also claims that Sheryl used her forearm to simulate the size of her boyfriend’s penis.

Boyce is also contending that Sheryl spoke of her and Rob’s sex life in detail, showing her their sex toys and talking about her children’s penises. Which, of all the allegations, is most disturbing.

The complaint also states that Boyce called in sick one day and Sheryl screamed that she “got strep throat from sucking ni**er d*ck. I mean, black d*ck.”

The Lowe’s are also being accused of wrongful termination, abuse of process, unpaid wages and labor violations.

Bret Michaels has been added to a lawsuit filed by the owner of the $9M Rock of Love mansion, who is claiming Michaels and Mindless Entertainment Inc. broke their contract.

The VH1 reality show was shot in the mansion last winter and owner Ray Sahranavard says that during that time $380,000 worth of damage was done to his home which is located in Encino, CA.

Sahranavard is also claiming that Mindless Entertainment told him that they purchased an additional $3M in liability insurance in case anything was damaged. The company is refuting those claims.

The alleged damage includes holes in the walls and ceilings, all doors were removed, lawn and outdoor plants had died, and almost the entire inside of the house had been repainted.

Producers tried to talk their way out any responsibility for damages claiming that Bret was not monitored 24/7 and that they have no control of what happened during the times he wasn’t. So basically, they blamed him, leading him to be added to the lawsuit.

The home owner is claiming fraud, negligence and negligent misrepresentation. He is also accusing Michaels of intentional destruction of property.

You knew this was going to happen, it’s only surprising it didn’t happen sooner.

A lawsuit has been filed in Pinellas County, Florida by the parents of John Graziano against Hulk Hogan after their son was left in a vegetative state following a crash in which Hulk’s son Nick Hogan had been street racing.

The suit says Hulk (Terry Bollea) knew his son liked to race and was aware that he had been drinking before the accident. It also names Hogan’s estranged wife, Linda Bollea, Nick Bollea and Daniel Jacobs, the driver of the car they were racing against, as defendants.

No monetary damages are mentioned but the family states that it may take millions of dollars to care for John for the remainder of his life.

George Tregos, attorney for Graziano’s parents said at a news conference, “He never will be fully the John he was before.”

Another attorney for the family adds that they were appalled after the Hogans, minus Hulk, visited John on Valentine’s Day. Sure they brought gifts, but they also brought photographers who snapped photos that were then published on celebrity gossip sites.

“We believe that it was a total PR stunt,” Kimberley Kohn told the St. Petersburg Times.

However, an attorney for the Hogans disputes those claims.

“The Bollea family has been visiting John for the last seven or eight months, and there’s been no PR about it whatsoever,” Morris “Sandy” Weinberg Jr., insisted. “It’s a bunch of nonsense to suggest their visits to John are a PR stunt. That’s crazy.”

Tell me, why else would they bring photographers? Is there any other reason besides PR?

And whatever happened to the reports that Hulk may have bought Nick and friends alcohol before the accident? I haven’t heard anything new about that, but hope if it’s true it comes out. It’s called accepting responsibilty for your actions, Mr. Hogan.

This might just be one mess this family can’t buy their way out of.

As we reported yesterday, Heather Mills was granted a sum nearly totaling $50 million in her divorce settlement with legendary Beatle, Paul McCartney.

What we didn’t know is that Heather dumped a glass of water over the head of Paul’s attorney, Fiona Shackleton, soon after winning the massive sum of money. We should have known something was up by the smirk on her face. And I thought she was beaming purely because of the money. What an idiot I am.

Heather, who was originally asking for nearly $250 million, snickered that the attorney had just been “baptised in court” for making “unpleasant comments“.

Bitch, that’s ASSAULT! I only know this because instead of a courtroom, I did the same thing to a drunk redneck cowboy in a sh*tcan of a bar once. And he did back to me is what that attorney should have done to the one-legged money grubbing leech.

He punched me (yes, closed fisted) smack in the face! And hard. Bitch didn’t knock me down though. However, because I poured a beer over his head first (considered ‘assault’), cops didn’t do anything to him.  Yeah, it was a long night and a long time ago.  Heh.

Anyhow, that attorney should have ripped off Heathers leg and stuck it up her ass until she was flossing her teeth with her toenails. The nations would have roared with delight.

Instead we get to hear the bitch talk about how she is such a major contributor to charities, how Paul and his people are out to smear her reputation, and whatever other bullsh*t she pulls out of her ass to try and justify her greedy ways.

Larry Birkhead has testified in the inquest regarding the death of Anna Nicole’s son, Daniel Smith.

Birkhead testified that Daniel may have stole drugs from Anna and that his bizarre behavior had escalated before his death.

He stated that Daniel and some friends stole methadone from Anna at her home in April 2006. He said that Daniel was caught after Anna had checked surveillance cameras and discovered her son was the culprit.

Birkhead made statements to police in 2006 that Anna, Daniel and Howard K. Stern (who testifies today) had all smoked pot together. But when asked about it under oath he claimed he wasn’t sure that’s exactly what he saw. Rigghhhtt.

He also told cops in 2006 that Anna gave Daniel the drug Ecstasy, but once again on the stand Birkhead said he didn’t recall for sure. Uh-huh.

Birkhead added that between January and May of 2006 he witnessed marked changes in Daniel’s behavior. He claims he saw Daniel throw a TV through a window. He also said that it was common for Daniel to be out all night long with Anna at home worrying.

Another example of kids growing up to follow in their parents footsteps. Anna set the example and her child followed. It’s pretty cut and dry. If only she could have gotten her sh*t together she may have saved both their lives.
