Kate Winslet: Most Irritating Actress?

The UK’s Daily Mail accused Kate Winslet of lying about her exercise regimen and dubbed her “World’s Most Irritating Actress” earlier this year.

Kate didn’t take it lying down. She went after the gossip rag in court and actually won $40,000. Deservedly so, I say. I think Kate is great.

Kate said of winning the lawsuit:

“I am delighted that the Mail have apologized for making false allegations about me. I was particularly upset to be accused of lying about my exercise regime and felt that I had a responsibility to request an apology in order to demonstrate my commitment to the views that I have always expressed about body issues, including diet and exercise. I strongly believe that women should be encouraged to accept themselves as they are, so to suggest that I was lying was an unacceptable accusation of hypocrisy.”

Good for her. She is standing up for what she believes in. I think whomever wrote the article about her had a chip on their shoulders – or a few too many doughnuts under their ass.

Now had it have been Lindsay Lohan named “Most Irritating Actress,” she wouldn’t have won the lawsuit, because she truly holds the title! So tell me, Smackaholics, who, in your opinion, is the World’s Most Irritating Actress?

Tila Tequila Bruises Not Proof According to D.A.

Tila Tequila’s case against San Diego Chargers’ Shawne Merriman has been rejeced by the San Diego District Attorney’s Office.

Tila claims Merriman forced her to stay at his apartment in the wee hours of September 6. She says he grabbed her forcefully, choked her and held her against her will. He disputes all claims and says that he was merely trying to keep her from drinking and driving. Tila struck back saying that she doesn’t even drink. She claimed she got the name Tila ‘Tequila’ because it was “ironic.”

It is also “ironic” that Tila was seen earlier in the evening drinking shots and cocktails by the staff of a club the couple was at. Another “ironic” thing is a recently posted Twitpic of hers that says: “Me getting Tipsy before going to the Chargers game”.

Then today we see Tila with bruises on her arms. Lots and lots of bruises. Of course these were never Twitpic’d even though she does everything via Twitter. Speaking of Twitter, she’s been on there smack talking the Chargers like a mad woman – like it’s their fault.

So again, after seeing the alleged “bruises” and her side of the story, the D.A. rejects her case. They said specifically:

“After a thorough review of the investigation into the Sept. 6, 2009 incident at the Poway home of Shawne Merriman, our office has determined there is insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that any crime was committed. The case is now closed.”

So now we are left to wonder . . . was Tila wasted that night? Did she have someone else inflict the bruising on her arms? If she is lying, why would she do such a thing? Attention? Revenge?

Amy Winehouse Goes to Court for Assault Charges

Amy Winehouse, 25, is being sued by dancer Sherene Flash, 27, who claims that the singer punched her after asking her to pose for a photograph with a friend.

It all happened last September at a charity summer ball. Flash came into Winehouse’s dressing room, admittedly tipsy, with her friend, Kiaran Connolly, who later said he was hammered, to ask for a picture. Wine-o, who most likely wasn’t sober either, says that she agreed to the photo but was trying to say goodbye to a friend first. That’s when, she claims, Flash towered over her in an aggressive manner, making her feel threatened.

Winehouse told the court, “Miss Flash came over and put her arm around me. She lent down. She’s taller than me. I had flat shoes on.” She then left the witness box and approached the bench, showing the judge her trademark ballet flats.

“I’m probably 5′2″ -5′3″ tall. But my hair does make a difference . . . I had shoes on like this. In fact these are the very shoes I had on that night. Look, they don’t even have a sole. They don’t have a heel.”

The judge assured her he understood and she returned to the witness box, smiling and adjusting herself.

Winehouse explained that Flash is 5′7″ and had on tall heels that night, making it impossible for her to punch her in the face. She claims Flash ad her friend surrounded her, making her feel trapped. She did admit that she tried to protect herself by covering her own face with her left hand while pushing her right hand upwards, towards Flash.

“She’s there, she’s tall. I wanted her away from me. I thought: ‘Do I get a choice in this? Hello?’ People are mad, people are rude.”

Flash told the courts that Winehouse socked her good. “She punched me forcefully in my right eye. She used a fist, her right one. I started crying with shock. I couldn’t open my eye for a while.”

Gawd, people are so farking sue-happy these days, it makes me sick. I think Miss Flash needs to buck up, buttercup. She was probably being aggressive and everyone knows you don’t corner a crackhead for crissakes!

Andrea McNulty Sues Ben Roethlisberger for Sexual Assault

Andrea McNulty is suing Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger lfor sexual assault.

McNulty is an employee of Harrah’s in Lake Tahoe and Roethlisberger reportedly stayed there often for golf tournaments and such.

She is claiming that in July 2008 Roethlisberger invited her into his hotel room and forced her into having sex.

But sources are telling a different story. A former co-worker of Andrea’s told TMZ that the two had consensual sex numerous times. In fact, McNulty, or McNutty as we should call her, has had other bizarre affairs of the heart which made some question her stability.

The source claims that Andrea had an affair with a married man, right around the time she had met Ben. The man’s wife found out about the affair and began to lure Andrea away from her husband by creating a fake email account and posing as a soldier in Iraq. She was able to get the man stealing tramp to “fall in love” with the fictitious soldier, and at that point, Andrea was telling everyone they were engaged.

Then the wife abruptly stopped all correspondence with her and Andrea began telling co-workers he was killed in action. She also told them that she was seeing a psychiatrist because of it.

Roethlisberger is denying all allegations. His attorney stated: “The timing of the lawsuit and the absence of a criminal complaint and a criminal investigation are the most compelling evidence of the absence of any criminal conduct.”

So, it doesn’t seem like “McNutty” is exactly playing with a full stack of cards here. BUT, on the other hand, Ben is quite the party boy – as seen in the photos below..

I don’t know who is exactly the guilty party here, but I do know one thing. After the Steve McNair incident and such, these athletes had better watch out who they hook up with. The crazy bitches aren’t messing around anymore. They are out to destroy! Serious.

Chris Brown Makes A Deal

Chris Brown is a free man, after pleading guilty to felony assault charges as part of a plea deal. Brown will serve 5 years probation and finish 180 days of community service without ever serving a day in jail.

Los Angeles Criminal Court Judge Patricia Schnegg told Brown that he could apply to have his supervised probation transferred to Virginia, where he maintains his legal residence. He can also do his community service there, as long as it meets the court’s standards. As part of the agreement, he also must undergo domestic violence counseling.

I’m curious to see what kind of community service Chris Brown will be allowed to do, because The Kidd is pretty sure it’s not a good idea for him to do anything that involves women, children, the handicapped, animals, women animals, handicapped animals, animal children, or women children. You get the point. That leaves picking up garbage on the side of the highway… while dancing… oh, and singing “Run It!” Sounds like justice has been served.

Let this be a lesson to all of you out there – if your woman is out of line, a slap in the face is only worth a slap on the wrist… and a smash of the head into the car dashboard with some intermittent biting, well, let’s just say that’s about the same thing.

Chelsea Stone Accuses Henry Ian Cusick of Sexual Harassment

A former ABC employee, Chelsea Stone, has accused Lost actor Henry Ian Cusick of sexual harassment.

Stone says that in October 2007 Cusick groped her rear, massaged her back while moaning, fondled her breast and even did the motorboat (putting his face in between her boobs and shaking his head back and forth).

She says that she complained to higher-ups who did nothing and instead became hostile towards her. She was fired shortly after.

The lawsuit states: “The plaintiff suffered humiliation and severe mental and emotional distress, and suffered injury when by means of her stress Plaintiff miscarried.”

From E!: “Stone is asking for unspecified damages to cover hostile work environment harassment, failure to remedy and prevent harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination in violation of public policy, intentional infliction of emotional distress and sexual battery.”

Whitney Houston Counter Sues Stepmother

After being sued by her stepmother for nearly $1 million, Whitney Houston is fighting back.

Barbara Houston, the wife of Whitney’s deceased father, claimed that Whitney kept her father’s $1 million life insurance policy for herself when actually she was owed $723,000 of that.

But Whitney has a different story.

She says that she lent her father and stepmother money to pay for a condo in 1987 but was never paid back. She says Barbara owes her $1.6 million after not paying mortgage, tax and condo payments.

Barbara is probably wishing she would never have taken her claims to court. She should have just kept her fat mouth shut and enjoyed living mortgage free. What was she thinking? People are so damn greedy after someone dies. I have been there and it sucks.

Anyhow, producer Swizz Beats has been working with Houston on her comeback album. (Yes, it IS still happening!) and here’s what he had to say in a recent internet video, “Just wrapped up with Whitney Houston. First single’s a smash. She’s comin’ back crazy!”

Sharon Osbourne Sued by Megan Hauserman

Rock of Love and I Love Money reality star Megan Hauserman is suing Sharon Osbourne after the two got into an altercation during the taping of the ‘Rock of Love: Charm School’ reunion show on VH1.

Osbourne is being sued for battery, negligence and infliction of emotional distress.

Sharon went off on Megan, scratching her and pulling her hair out after the bikini bimbo told Osbourne she was only famous for managing a “brain dead rock star”.

The lawsuit was filed Monday in L.A. County Superior Court.

Screw Megan. That little snatch deserved the beatdown. You don’t talk smack about the Oz and not expect Sharon to kick your ass. Besides, Megan is a bitch to everyone. Sometimes people need a swift kick in the ass. . . and Megan is one on those people.

Miley Cyrus Sued for $4 Billion

If there is one thing I hate, it is frivilous lawsuits.

So I am pretty sure I wouldn’t get along with Lucie J. Kim, a total dumbass who is suing Miley Cyrus for $4 Billion dollars after photos of Cyrus and friends slanting their eyes went public.

Kim says she is representing 1 million Asians who live in L.A. County. She want Miley to pay each Asian the minimum damages for a civil rights violation, which would be $4,000 per person. This amount totals to be $4 billion.

The suit states that Cyrus “should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media, which Cyrus knew focused on her private life, specifically TMZ.”

Someone sue this bitch for being a twat!

Ex-Met Roberto Alomar Sued for Having Unprotected Sex While Carrying the AIDS Virus

A former girlfriend of ex-Met player Roberto Alomar is claiming that that the baseball player knowingly exposed her and her children to the AIDS virus.

Ilya Dall, 31, was Alomar’s girlfriend from 2002 until last October. Dall says although she saw signs of his health deteriorating, Alomar denied he had the virus and insisted on having unprotected sex.

Dall is suing Alomar for $15 million dollars for punitive damages and emotional distress.

The suit claims that “he jeopardized the health, well-being and life of the plaintiff, which caused her to have a fear of contracting AIDS, often referred to as AIDS phobia.”

Dall claims that after a couple years of trying to convince him to be tested that Alomar finally agreed in 2006 after suffering a cough, fatigue and shingles. She also claims that it was confirmed he had the deadly disease after having a spinal tap which showed he had full-blown AIDS. According to the suit, at that time his skin had turned purple and he was foaming at the mouth.

She says after the tests came back positive that she quit having unprotected sex with him, but up until that point he vehemently denied having AIDS.

His father, Mets bench coach Sandy Alomar says he finds it hard to believe that his son has the disease. He stated, “That’s the first time we ever heard of that…I imagine I would know.”

Alomar’s attorney refused to disclose whether or not his client has AIDS but he did say that the lawsuit was ridiculous. “We believe this is a totally frivolous lawsuit. These allegations are baseless. He’s healthy and would like to keep his health status private. We’ll do our talking in court.”

Dall claims that during her time with Alomar that she noticed cold sores in his mouth, a persistent cough, thrush, and was diagnosed with thrombocytopenia purpura, a blood disorder sometimes linked to HIV.

The lawsuit also claims that he told her he was raped by two Hispanic men when he was 17.

Alomar, 41, quit baseball due to health issues in 2005.
