Heather Locklear’s case is getting zanier by the moment.

As it turns out, Locklear may have been a victim of a stalker who was following her before her arrest.

TMZ is reporting that a former employee of Us Weekly tapped into the tabloids database illegally, obtaining the locations of many celebs. The woman, Jill Ishkanian, then used the information to locate Locklear and follow her.

She followed the actress to a market and waited. Once Locklear got back into her car, Ishkanian immediately  called 911. Heather hadn’t even tured on the ignition and the call to 911 was in progress.

Right after hanging up with the 911 operator, Ishkanian then called the paparazzi to let them know that Heather was about to be busted.

Some set up, eh? She was probably looking to get paid for the tip and instead got a lot more than she bargained for.

Deborah Gibson has a crazy stalker on her hands.

Bassas Jorge Puigdollers has been following Gibson around the country, trying to get backstage at her shows and even showing up at her home. He’s from Spain and even left his wife in order to stalk the former teen pop star.

After showing up at her home on numerous occasions in one weeks time, Gibson decided to file a restraining order against 40+ year-old freak. “I feel my safety is in jeopardy,” she told TMZ.

A woman named none other than Billie Jean Jackson, I kid you not, was arrested at the Neverland Ranch Monday night.

Billie Jean, 60, was busted for trespassing on the property. She told the security guard at the gate that she was the wife of Michael Jackson and that Neverland was hers too. He sent her away but she continued on down the road, eventually climbing over the fence where she was detained by security. The woman has been arrested in the past numerous times for trespassing at the ranch.

She was promptly taken to the Santa Barbara County Jail where her bail was set at $2,500.

Michael might like the kiddos, but one things for sure, the crackheads love them some Wacko Jacko..

According to OK! magazine, Britney Spears has been stalked recently by a stringy haired weirdo who has sent her packages that contain sex toys and violent sexual notes.

People working for Britney have summoned the help of the FBI.

A source who claims to have seen the packages told OK, “It started about six weeks ago with just letters being sent once a week. And then it quickly escalated to larger packages that now arrive two to three times a week — always to the same L.A. address, but never to one of Britney’s homes.”

“The first thing you see when you open the box is a huge, lavender-colored, battery-operated sex toy. Still with the price tag on it.”

Next to the vibrator are two notes. One was hand written, one was computer generated. Both are extremely graphic - both violently and sexually.

“The handwritten one is on note paper and it’s written in a crazy, all-caps chicken scratch.”

The letters contain violent and frightening sexual scenarios and the crazy freak who wrote them included what may be a photo of himself with the eyes cut out. He is described as “a middle-aged Caucasian male with stringy, greasy hair,” and is squirting a “yellowish liquid” from his mouth.

The source adds that the packages, which have a return address in Minneapolis, Minn. and have the names of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt on the exterior, have been submitted to the FBI.

Paula Abdul recently dished that a crazy fan once stole her urine sample at a medical facility.

She recalls,

“Well, this is gross, but I was once at the gynecologist and my doctor said, ‘We asked you to do a urine sample, so where is it?’

I told him that I’d left it out in reception, and when he came back he said, ‘This is really embarrassing but a man who works here is your biggest fan and he stole it.’

Needless to say he got fired. In hindsight it’s a funny story.”

Egad. It creeps me out to no end to think of what this guy did with the piss! You know he smelled it.. and someone who is crazy enough to steal pee is crazy enough to drink it!

Creepy fatboy gets arrested after threatening to kill Hilary this weekend.

Hilary Duff’s alleged 18-year-old stalker has been arrested and sources tell TMZ the bust occurred after the man threatened to kill Duff this weekend. Manhattan Beach cops arrested Maksim Miakovsky, an 18-year-old Russian emigre, at a Residence Inn last Friday. He was booked on charges of making criminal threats and stalking. TMZ first reported last month that Duff and her boyfriend, Joel Madden, were terrified that Miakovsky would do harm to them. Duff and Madden asked for a restraining order, alleging that Miakovsky “has stated his intention of ‘removing’ his ‘enemies’ (i.e., those who prevent him from being with her), has stated his intention of purchasing a weapon, and has threatened to kill himself and to engage in dramatic actions to get her attention.” Sources tell TMZ that last Friday, a private investigator from Sunset Protective Services contacted Miakovsky at the Residence Inn and Miakovsky stated his intention of killing Duff on Sunday at an event she was scheduled to attend. According to legal papers filed by Duff, Miakovsky came to the U.S. “for the sole purpose of meeting and becoming romantically involved with Ms. Duff.” Miakovsky is currently being held on $200,000 bail at the Manhattan Beach jail. He’s scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday. (-TMZ)
