Below is the link to a 31-minute audio tape from 2001 between Anthony Pellicano, former private investigator to the stars, and Chris Rock. The two men are discussing Monica Zsibrita, a woman who claimed that Rock raped her after they had consensual sex.

She was just a dumb whore, looking to score some cash by f*cking over Rock. Granted, Rock should never have porked the eager slut and the ‘white pants‘ should have been a dead giveaway.

A man has been arrested at Kate Hudson’s home in NYC.

Police have confirmed that a female called 911 and reported seeing men on her roof with rifles. As police responded they found two men, one holding a camera, the other an empty rifle. The men claim they were merely shooting a movie. Apparently NYU is close by.

The men are currently in handcuffs and are still being questioned by authorities.

Are they serious? Filming a movie? On someone’s roof waving a rifle around? Get the f*ck outta here. Sounds like a load of sh*t to me.

According to OK! magazine, Britney Spears has been stalked recently by a stringy haired weirdo who has sent her packages that contain sex toys and violent sexual notes.

People working for Britney have summoned the help of the FBI.

A source who claims to have seen the packages told OK, “It started about six weeks ago with just letters being sent once a week. And then it quickly escalated to larger packages that now arrive two to three times a week — always to the same L.A. address, but never to one of Britney’s homes.”

“The first thing you see when you open the box is a huge, lavender-colored, battery-operated sex toy. Still with the price tag on it.”

Next to the vibrator are two notes. One was hand written, one was computer generated. Both are extremely graphic - both violently and sexually.

“The handwritten one is on note paper and it’s written in a crazy, all-caps chicken scratch.”

The letters contain violent and frightening sexual scenarios and the crazy freak who wrote them included what may be a photo of himself with the eyes cut out. He is described as “a middle-aged Caucasian male with stringy, greasy hair,” and is squirting a “yellowish liquid” from his mouth.

The source adds that the packages, which have a return address in Minneapolis, Minn. and have the names of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt on the exterior, have been submitted to the FBI.

Us magazine is reporting that Britney Spears went totally psycho on the gurney in the ambulance as she was taken to Cedars-Sinai hospital last night.

A source recalled, “They had to strap her down like a mental patient and she was going between laughing and hysterics. [It was] a total psychotic breakdown. She just went crazy.”

Another source, close to Spears added, “I guess she has good days and bad days - it’s mental instability. All she has is to think of something sad and she goes crazy.”

Britney has been labeled as a “special needs” patient. This is only reserved for those who have “either overdosed or tried to commit suicide.” Patients are monitored and watched closely at all times.

We also know this morning that Sean Preston as well as little brother Jayden James, were BOTH taken to the hospital after the ordeal but were released at approximately 4AM this morning.

Britney is being placed on a 72-hour mental lockdown.

KFed’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is in court this morning to try and rid Spears of any visitation rights. Her lawyer, Tara Scott from the law firm of Trope and Trope, will still be representing Spears even though the firm has asked to withdraw as counsel.

- A gossip guru on Today (NBC) said that Britney hadn’t eaten or slept in days.

- Life & Style is reporting that Britney was NOT on drugs - that her blood tests came back negative for any illegal substances or alcohol. Now, take this with a grain of salt until it’s confirmed of course. This is according to an unnamed source. Remember, police believe Britney was on something. So, we’ll have to wait this one out to know for sure.

-There was an emergency custody hearing this morning, which Kevin Federline attended. It has since ended but will reconvene at 1:30PM PST. Kevin Federline may testify..

-The Spears’ clan is said to be terrified. Dad Jamie has been at the hospital since last night and her brother Bryan is supposed to arrive sometime today. Britney’s mom Lynne, has been in contact with Britney but is heading to the family’s hometown of Kentwood, La with pregnant daughter Jamie Lynn. Lynn says she is “extremely distraught” and added, “Just say prayers.”

- Britney will not be charged with anything having to do with the stand off at her home last night. LAPD Officer Harding stated, “We aren’t charging her with anything at this time. She is at the [hospital] for her own health and welfare.”

Courtney Love is pretty pissed off after having a $100,000 pair of pink and yellow diamond earrings stolen from her hotel room.

Love, 43, was staying at New York’s Four Seasons Hotel Wednesday with her 15-year-old daughter Frances Bean when the thieves stole her jewelry.

A source said, “Courtney is devastated. She had brought the earrings for Frances as her Christmas present. Frances hadn’t even tried them on yet.”

Mysteriously, the earrings were returned to the hotels front desk shortly thereafter.

Naomi Campbell had quite the exciting night out Monday while attending the Led Zeppelin show in London.

Not only did she have her Blackberry stolen, she was also assaulted by a random drunk guy who ripped the VIP pass right off her neck.

An eyewitness tells the Daily Mail,

“This guy, who looked a bit drunk, ran up alongside Naomi and tried to lift the passes from around her neck but it got tangled in her scarf and hair.

He yanked the pass quite forcefully which dragged her down, half throttling her, before security stepped in. She was screaming ‘He’s got the pass’ but it sounded as if she was being choked. The guy eventually got the pass and ran off. Naomi looked very shaken.”

Damn, where were the paparazzi when this happened? I’m disappointed! That’s one bitch I would love to see someone get the better of!

TMZ caught up with Johnny Fairplay outside a small venue this weekend.

Johnny showed off his mouth-in-progress and cried about how much pain he is still in…multiple times.

Fairplay was thrown over the shoulder of Danny Bonaduce after jumping on him at an awards show. He landed on his face. In front of the world. Heh. I’d say he is taking quite well really. However Fairplay does say in the video that he hadn’t left his house in months.

But things are getting better for the hated reality star, not only does he have a new set of teeth, he’s also about to be a father. Scary, I know. Check out the video and hear what he has to say about all of it..
